Avoid at all cost
Do yourself a favor avoid these folks They will give you an offer but then lower it once you complete all the paperwork I took it to their recommended dealership who after offering me less than their offer then couldn t complete the deal and I d have to come back another day after I sat cooling my heals for over 2 hours Then when I completed the offer online they took another 5 days to offer me less then their dealership offered which was about 500 00 less then their original offer So if you don t like your bike love being taken advantage of then this is the company for you

What a joke
Seems like a good deal to the partnering auto dealers If you re looking to take a massive loss on your former investment then Rumbleon is the service for you Their offers are 50 or less than what you could get making a private sale or through trade in value Feels like an absolute rip-off all things considered

They Ignored Me
After first contact they made me an offer Of course I wanted time to check other offers and my 3 days that offer was good for expired Once I decided to go with their offer I used their renew offer site but got no response I then tried to contact them again as a new user Again no response Really unprofessional of them to completely ignore me They could have at least told me they had changed their mind and decided not to make an offer I would not recommend them because of the treatment I received

This place tries to steal your bikes
This place tries to steal your bikes with their cash offers Had two separate offers from them on two different bikes Both of their cash offers must have been a joke because they were half of the valued trade in price I received from the dealership

Extremely low ball offer on KTM 390 Adventure
Was curious about the value of my 2022 KTM 390 Adventure with only 4 400 miles on it Still has 1 year left on warranty upgrades include Tusk Panniers and quick release bags Barkbuster handguards and a few other items Was thinking if price came back at around 4 5k to 5k I d be willing to part with it and move up to a 650cc In the end received a low ball offer of only 2k Then eventually received a phone call voice mail from Cameron at RumbleOn wanting to know why I wasn t interested since I had No Thank You via their website offer I m even surprised that anyone gives them 2 stars since it seems that everyone receives Low Ball Offers from them Glad I didn t go with them

Great for dealers not for consumers
Yes they re fast in responding however they aren t there for you but dealerships Offers I received from them were ridiculously low - about 1 3 of what I could get on trade-in if I were interested in another bike - and the dealerships who respond are only and rightfully interested in getting a great deal for themselves If you absolutely cannot sell your bike on your own and don t think your bike is worth anything then rumbleon com is your link
