In March I purchased a gift voucher from a 3rd party who use Runa as their provider for gift vouchers Transaction was very smooth and the gift voucher came through to me via email But due to my own stupidity when I was tidying up my mailbox I accidentally deleted the email and couldn t restore it from my deleted retore deleted section I thought the voucher was long gone but decided to contact Runa and ask for support I filled in the help section of the website and didn t really expect anything to happen Within 3 days I got a response from them and they had provided me with the gift voucher via email The customer service was amazing and their response was quick and really helpful I honestly didn t expect to see the voucher again but they made my day by sending it through Email from them was lovely as well Great Service all round
