Great customer service - very impressedVisited on a very busy Saturday afternoon greeted as I entered asking if I needed some help I was looking for some Women s tall fit winter running tights assistant explained not much on display but would look in stockroom came back with 2 pairs perfect fit - I brought both pairs

The Cannock Chase Trail Half Marathon
The Cannock Chase Trail Half Marathon was the hardest but most enjoyable half marathon I have ever ran and I will definitively be back next year The course was set in beautiful surroundings was well thought out and really tested you I liked that there wasn t any pressure about chasing cut off times and I was able to enjoy the experience more

Consistent good service and prices
I have visited a couple of times First thing to say is the customer service is excellent Really friendly - not at all snooty As a novice I felt valued and supported- not talked down to They were very patient gave good advice but not pushy Prices were cheaper than the suppliers on line offers Latest purchase was a beautiful bike purchased with the assistance of Pedro A perfect choice I love it It s a bit of a trek for me but this is my go to cycle shop

Very well marked and very well marshalled Thank you as I didn t get lost in the woods Waited for me as I was the last one in I appreciated your patience many thanks to all involved Very challenging many steep downhills but on the whole I think it s a great trail half Thank you very much

Awesome race events
I recently took part in the Dirty Dozen and Cannock Chase Half Trail Marathon races by Run and Ride Couldn t fault the events so well organised Loved the events the medals the free event photos too were a lovely touch Thank you for such great events

Great shop
What a great shop just taken my bike in for a silver service plus new cassette and chain etc it has comeback like a new bike I ve been to other bike shops and never before have they cleaned it this good Good knowledgeable friendly staff especially Paul Thanks I will be back
