I have made a couple of purchases with RunningXpert I found their returns and refund process efficient Although it takes longer from the UK be patient they have it covered Would definitely shop with them again The products and prices are competitive

Just brilliant I didn t quite like my Garmin results and was just hoping to return it They helped me exchange it with Garmin manufacturer And then expedited shipping on it Very nice Made me a repeat buyer

I ordered a pair of recovery sandals which were unfortunately a little too big upon returning them my partner lost the receipt of return I informed Runningxpert and they refunded me right away Prior to that the customer service was very friendly Would certainly purchase from them again

I wasn t sure if the cheap price meant I d have to pay UK VAT but I didn t The Salomon Speedcross 6 shoes turned up really quickly great communication throughout Having had the 4 and 5 versions I knew to size up Fit is great colour way is excellent and they ve shed some weight over version 5 Really pleased with this company

Fantastic price for a new pair of Saucony Guide 14 trainers 43 cheaper than the RRP and the cheapest I could find online The trainers were delivered within a week which I think is great seeing as they came from Denmark and in the middle of this time was the August bank holiday weekend in the UK Can t fault the service at all

Impressed with the speedy delivery

Really impressed with the speedy delivery Ordered from London on 5th Sept and the trainers were with me on the morning of 11th Sept The New Balance Fuel Cell Prism trainers are very nice and I love the colours - you can t see in the photos but the insides of the trainers are a hot pink colour I m normally a UK size 12 but those were out of stock so I ordered 12 5 Weirdly they are a little tight by the toes so perhaps I would have been better off with a 13 however they aren t uncomfortable or cause any pain so I ll keep them

I purchased from RunningXpert for the first time on the face of the reviews posted on Trustpilot and I was not disappointed Everything ran smoothly and I was able to track the progress of my trainers from Denmark to the UK The trainers arrived within the specified time but I found the slowest part of the journey was on the UK side rather than on the Denmark side which was very efficient I would definately order from them again
