Failed to deliver Worst Customer Service
We paid 1552 to have 3 child passports for the fastest 2-4 day processing We got all the documents and shipped them out asap so the agent told us we can expect the passports Oct 16 We mailed it overnight via FedEx and the flight got delayed due to mechanical issues Not the company s fault but it delayed the passports until the 18th according to Rushed Passport We agreed and they said we would receive a refund for that shipping cost since it was guaranteed by FedEx We did everything we could to follow up once the documents arrived The courier company used their corporate address on the passport applications so we had a hard time with the State Department follow up until we finally figured out which address they used because it was needed for verification We received confirmation that the passports were available to be picked up on the 16th but the company claimed that it was ready past their scheduled will-call time we have proof this was false So they could not pick up and ship out until the 17th We received a single tracking for the three passports No picture of proof of what was shipped or that they even possessed all three passports We received a single small envelope containing only 1 passport and supporting documents When we asked them where the other two were they had no answer They only said their courier shipped all three together with no other proof beyond his word They only offered to file a reissuance form to the state department which we ended up doing ourselves directly We asked for a full refund since we did not receive two out of three and are now missing vital documents for two of our children putting them at extreme risk for identity theft They refused saying they did their part They kept claiming that they used up their paid appointments with the State Department but on the State Department website under the heading Couriers and Third Party Services it specifically says We do not charge fees for appointments and if you are asked to pay consider such charges to be fraudulent We took this up to the company through the BBB and they failed to resolve so the complaint is now permanently on their BBB site We have received very poor customer service from this company We paid for 3 passports and only got 1 They will not refund us or even try to open an investigation to FedEx who supposedly lost stole the other 2 passports and documents We have not even received the shipping refund they promised This whole ordeal cost us thousands in fees for the rushed passports plus the canceled airline trip fees not to mention the once in a lifetime opportunity we missed Do not waste your money on this scam Update We filed a reiussance with the State Department as this company told us to do and were denied because the passports were picked up and not shipped directly from the State Department We now have to reapply and pay all of the processing fees again for two of our children This company will no longer respond to our emails and still has not refunded so much as the shipping fee they have promised A complete nightmare and the worst customer service I have ever received in my life
