I ordered flowers for my Daughter in law yesterday I was told they would be delivered yesterday I paid for them and expected them to be delivered I hadn t heard anything from my daughter in law so I checked with her about 4 30 she said nothing had come I called and was told by a man that their delivery people were still out making delivery s I checked with her to day to see if she had gotten anything she still haven t It s been 24 hours now I call called Ruth s Rose s in Edgewood MD I spoke with a man name Richard he said they havebto wait 48 hours to check with the delivery people and see why the flowers hadn t been delivered then they could issue a re fund He couldn t give me his managers name or number This is the worse place ever Don t do business with them

DON T USE THIS FLORIST We ordered an 115 flower arrangement for a relative s funeral last week At 9 34 am yesterday they texted us to make sure flowers were sent to correct funeral We called back at 4 27 pm and after an 11 minute conversation on the phone yesterday we were assured the flowers would be there for the funeral today Imagine our family s embarrassment when none of the flowers were from our family When we called after the funeral at noon today they said they were sorry they ran out of flowers WHAT They didn t order enough to supply their paid orders REALLY They said they emailed to inform us of the problem and would refund money THE EMAIL CAME at 11 am - WHEN WE WERE AT VISITATION Why didn t they call so we could have ordered somewhere else Woman with broken English said there was NO ONE besides her to talk to A COMPLETE SHAM

BEWARE Do not purchase from this company
This company is a blatant ripoff and scam artist they should be ran out of business I ordered a nice floral arrangement for my Aunts Funeral yesterday and when I got there is was a lot smaller than the picture Some of the flowers were wilting and the thing that really made me mad was there was a tag from Schnuck s Grocery Store So I have to assume they had just purchased these at Schnuck s and dropped them off that day at the funeral home The card was also handwritten in a way it was tough to make out what it said This was a deluxe floral arrangement that cost 125

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY Made an online order was promised same day delivery My Daughters first baby with complications Everyone is OK at this time No flowers though Called the next day could not be delivered due to supply chain issues I just wish they notified me as opposed to me calling them Now we will see about the refund I ve got a feeling this will be lost also I should have known as they weren t very friendly

Update They reached out and sent me a 30 refund That was what I had requested I will not go there again but they were FAIR in addressing my complaint I ordered a premium 75 00 Lily and iris I ordered a premium 75 00 Lily and iris bouquet I called to make sure they had the flowers in stock they assured me they did The bouquet was delivered with absolutely NO iris I am furious The said premium would be loaded with blooms and it looks bare a few lilies and some fillets nothing worth 95 And there was a service fee of 19 Date of experience January 20 2025

The advertising is very misleading
I picked out a plant on line and called to order it The first representative hung up on me because I asked questions The second representative was great until I got ready to check out and found out that I was being charged an additional 40 for taxes and service fees After I stated that this was not noted on line he tried various tactics to get me to complete my order

Plant never received
I ordered a 100 Peace Lily plant on Wed Jan 15th for delivery to a local Lakeland Funeral home for my daughters memorial service on Friday Jan 17th Upon arrival at the funeral we were devastated that there was nothing representing us at the memorial Contacted the florist and was assured the plant was on it s way This plant did not arrive at the funeral home until well after the memorial What a horrible experience it was for us I cannot believe that a reputable florist would let this happen All I can say is please save your money and avoid my grief by using any other florist than Ruths Roses They are a disgrace to the floral industry

Stay far far away from these guys
My husband ordered a certain color and type of floral bouquet to be delivered to me at home They arrived way late in the day obviously had been in a vehicle for a long time and were nowhere close to arrangement chosen from their online listings Not onlythe roses were a VERY DIFFERENT color than ordered but the ones that were arranged and delivered were all turning brown and wilted on all the edges Reaching out to Ruth s roses with an email and photographs was useless Contacted them three days in a row Was told every time management was looking into it Nothing The only way you can get your money back from this is to make a claim with your credit card company These guys are a joke Stay far far away PS trained my husband about looking at reviews before he uses an online store he s never shopped before You will see that these guys have horrible reviews He was trying to surprise me otherwise I would ve helped him save all of this aggravation Also encouraged him to support local small business by giving him the names and numbers of my favorite florists in the area

I wish I would have read the on-line reviews I ordered flowers on December 16 and they called me three days later to tell me they could not deliver the flowers because they did not have them and did not offer a substitution I called on January 14 and asked if they had flowers and could deliver on January 16 They said yes however they did not and did not notify me I called this morning and they said oh we did not have the flowers and credited your account

Bad news
Bad news I thought Ruth s Roses was a local florist NOT so I ordered cut live flowers to be delivered in Nashville TN - on a day the temperature didn t get out of the 20 s The flowers were left on the front porch - after not making contact with the resident they were for The flowers froze and were a mess when they thawed Ruth s Roses offered a 20 credit on a bouquet that cost almost 80 They should have agreed to have the bouquet remade and sent again The local florist agreed to make it right themselves Next time --I ll cut out Ruth s Roses as a middle man
