Amazing service - was left feeling very confident with my order

I recently had a great experience with Ruve whereby I wanted to buy a few of their garments from their website however I was worried about buying the wrong sizes They have a clear size chart for each individual item on their website but I was ordering the garments to be sent to New Zealand and really didn t want to have to send back and exchange the garments if they did not fit SO I facebook messaged the Ruve Team with my concerns and their response was quick they asked for my measurements and recommended sizes for each style I was interested in I have actually never had a brand do this for me I was so impressed with their level of service I also never had to wait long for a reply even though there is a notable time difference due to our locations Once I had made an order the tracking details of the parcel was immediately emailed to me I am so excited to receive my garments and I definitely will be shopping at Ruve again

Amazing customer service

Ruve is truly the best store with the best customer service I bought the new dress that they released and it had just a couple of threads that were poking out on the front and I simply was looking to hopefully exchange it for a different one and send that one back I didn t want to mess with it or try to fix it myself so I just emailed Ruve through email and they responded really fast I also want to mention that apart from the threads just overall the quality of the rest of the dress is amazing It feels heavy expensive and is packaged really nicely They also use composable packaging always a plus Anyway I didn t know that their email had accidentally been put under my spam folder so I had messaged them on instagram as well They responded really fast on there too and just let me know that they had emailed me back They were just amazing with me and I m sure that is how they are with everyone They fixed my issue and definitely went out of their way to make it the most convenient for me Ruve is the only store that has made me feel confident ordering anything from them They re trustworthy and make sure that their customers are receiving the best quality items Will be telling all my friends and family that Ruve is THE shop to buy from
