Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I purchased an item and then 2 days later it went on sale I spoke to someone who told me email the item details etc to customer service and someone would respond promptly I ve never received a response and am told to keep waiting for the response to my email Who knows if it ll ever arrive There are WAY better stores to buy clothes from won t be bothering with this place again EDIT Just wanted to edit this to add that it is now December 5th and I still have not received any response I ve called and spoken to customer service THREE times and have been told each time that back office is going to process it Today when I calmly asked if the issue could be escalated the person just hung up on me Bravo guys classy business you re running there

Their customer service deserves a zero
Their customer service deserves a zero rating I purchased an expensive coat 430 from their website and I realized it was missing a dream catcher that attaches to the zipper it was both in the picture and the description on the website and when I called customer service to complain they advised me to purchase it again and see if it s still missing I did that and when I received the jacket the dream catcher was missing again so I returned it over 3 weeks ago and I haven t gotten my refund back even though they confirmed that they ve received the package Their over the phone customer service is useless I ve called over 10 times and I only get I m so sorry but there is nothing we can do I WANT MY REFUND BACK The only thing they did was REMOVE the jacket from their website after my complaint but how does that help me as a customer They just wanted to cover their a so they don t get into more trouble with more customers without even solving my issue and now they took my money and the jacket

Too much money for terrible customer service
Toronto Ontario I ordered on a small order worth 400 and never received it Tracking said delivered my security cameras showed me there had been no delivery I have sent their customer service three separate emails all 3-4 days apart regarding my package never arriving and I have been completely ignored I will be boycotting RW Co

Awful Customer Service
My package has been sitting as awaiting carrier pick up since the 25th the only response I have gotten back is these delays are normal That was after three separate email attempts two live chat attempts a Facebook comment and an Instagram message That s not a delay you never gave the package to Canada Post you lost it The run around I have received is absolutely atrocious their entire customer service team is in the toilet They do not read your messages - I said nobody would respond to me via email so they come back on Instagram with Please contact us via email for this matter I ask where my package is they say Your return needs to be done through Canada Post What even is this company

Sizing has become extremely inconsistent and quality of products has gone downhill especially for the prices I recently ordered over 10 items and had to return them all due to poor sizing weird proportions and very poor quality fabric

I want to keep refreshing my negative experience with RW CO so that none of you will waste your time and money I bought 3 pairs of pants and ALL OF THEM LOST THEIR COLOR in 18 months They are now partially pink Filled out forms took pictures and the final result was sorry our garuntee is only 60 days Please shop anywhere else

Terrible Customer Service
I had a negative experience with RW CO s customer service I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address when placing an order Immediately after placing the order I contacted their customer service department to inform them of my mistake However instead of helping me to correct the address on the undelivered items they advised me to wait until I received the tracking number Then I was told to go to the Canada Post website and change my delivery preference to pick up at the post office Even though I did as instructed the packages were still shipped to the wrong address Consequently I did not receive half of my order When I asked for a refund I was informed that I would have to wait until the order was returned to them to receive my money back which I am guessing will not be returned I requested the service representative to escalate my case so I could speak to a manager and instructed them to call me back Instead I received an email repeating what I had already been told It would have been nice to talk to the manager to discuss this further so that I could fully understand their decision was not helping me

I bought a coat in January
I bought a coat in January It is now March This coat has fallen apart to the point of not wearing it Within the first couple weeks strings were coming out of the seams there s now holes in the pockets Very poorly made Do not buy you can get a better coat cheaper at Walmart or probably anywhere else Also just to note the people that were working did not care at all Didn t say hi or anything Also didn t tell me till after the purchase I have a month to return I was hesitant after that They said no your fine no need for receipt to return

Placed an order online
Placed an order online as it had good discounts due to Mother s Day weekend The order was cancelled for billing reasons - called my Credit card company they said no issues on their end although the cancellation said it was due to billing issue Then I emailed them to place my order again with the same prices and they said they cannot honour my price - complete BS And bc I got the cancellation email 3 days after I ordered then obviously I cant get the discount on the website anymore How can they approve my order and 3 days later cancel it
