Delayed delivery no updates unhelpful support

Waiting for our delivery for close to a week now without any update Whenever I manage to reach someone they just tell me it is still in transit and they will call notify me once the delivery arrives in the local hub But strangely no one can tell me where it currently is or give me any ETA Avoid this company like the plague if you can Edit A week later I am still waiting for RXO to do anything but tell me they don t know where my delivery is and continuing to bounce me between RXO and LG support

Disturbingly incompetent

Ordered an LG microwave for installation After a long wait RXO showed up initially with a very damaged unit which we declined Then after various attempts and delays an over the range microwave was delivered and incorrectly installed The microwave was venting into the room with a roof exhaust in place Cold air flooded into the room because nothing was connected to hole in the roof In addition once all of this was discovered we learned the adapter needed to connect to the roof had been taken away with the boxing materials We called RXO to report all of this and they rescheduled FOUR times to complete a reinstall We missed work they cancelled Time after time We were finally done today Microwave will be returned to the big box store we purchased from Absolutely abhorrent experience and customer service

three damaged appliances

our LG stove is the third appliance in the past two months delivered by RXO in each instance the appliance was damaged and refused it makes us wonder if there is something going on and the appliance is purposely damaged while LG replaced two of the appliances there was a weeks long wait the current damaged appliance is still going through the process of replacement LG certainly needs to find a more reputable shipping company my7 suggestion is don t buy LG appliances direct from the company

Ordered a LG washer two weeks ago

Ordered a LG washer two weeks ago Communication is shit at best No shipping updates No tracking info Absolutely no communication whatsoever Shady ass company They need to do some serious investigating and possible shutdown after reading previous reviews They should be sued to no ends for their incompetence and shitty service After reading all the negative reviews I m not real confident that I ll get my washer And if and when I do get it it looks like it s almost a guarantee that it will be damaged Do not and I repeat do not order anything that uses these clowns as their shippers

3 Months 4 Reschedules and 0 Delivery

Ordered a TV from Samsung early Nov 2024 However it has been almost 3 months now and I am yet to receive my order RXO rescheduled the delivery 4 times without any communication They don t even text call or email to tell you it will be rescheduled Every-time they miss my delivery I had to call them asking why they didn t show up They would tell me they have escalated my case and my order will be delivered during this time around But nothing gets delivered The level of unprofessionalism with this company is unbelievable

Terrible Experience

I am not shocked at all to see such low ratings I am shocked however that this company exists without being able to complete the one job they are hired to do We have been getting jacked around by them for weeks with false promises that our delivery would be delivered only to find that it has been rescheduled for the next day and then not come We have had 4 different delivery dates and they have failed to show up or deliver anything on those dates Just be honest about when things will be delivered and then have some integrity and accountability to get the job done Completely pathetic

Belligerent installer with a chip on his shoulder

After LG notified me that my washer was being delivered it took 16 days to get the delivery scheduled Then they cancelled the delivery at 8 36 the day it was supposed to be delivered They finally showed up 2 days later and Pablo Ramirez their delivery guy arrived with a giant attitude First he didn t bring the dolly up the sidewalk he dragged it through the rocks and spread them all over the sidewalk He brought in the new washer and blocked the hallway to remove the old Banged into 2 different set of shutters spilled water from the connectors and caused damage to my tile He then told me 3 times he wasn t going to install because too heavy and the other 2 times because I asked him to quit yelling at me He finally called his boss to tell him he was leaving because I was picking on him Left the old washer in the hallway and the new washer in the living room This was a 30 something big male harassing a 74 year old woman Don t know where they get these people from but they are paid to do a job not fight with their customers

RXO is completely untrustworthy and incompetent

Ordered a washer and dryer from Costco over 2 months ago They outsourced delivery to RXO RXO still has not delivered them despite numerous scheduled dates sometimes just not showing up and sometimes cancelling the night before All of their customer service people are in the Philippines so absolutely unable to arrange local deliveries or contact local agents to discuss real time issues Costco was completely unable to help or resolve the delivery failures You cannot believe anything RXO tells you I have cancelled the order

Would never ever order from samsung

Would never ever order from samsung again just because this RXO company If your appliance is coming from this company forget that you receiving it The drivers are horrible customer service lie to your face You will always be told it s coming its coming but it s never gonna arrive Driver won t even be coming to your house or maybe to your area telling you that he waited They won t call or anything Just keep lying I am shocked to see company like samsung use this service
