Waiting since three weeks for a response on my email because I want to send back two pairs of shoes punk not very professional

Made a purchase from Spain Paid the additional fee for delivery to the door Was at home all day on the expected delivery day by Seur The delivery driver called when outside my small condominium and asked that I go to the front gate to collect the item I said I couldn t as I was just out of the shower The gate is 50m from my door He refused to deliver to the door what I paid extra for The delivery status then read recipient not at home and that it would be delivered to a collection point and gave me options I selected the closest one to my home and had to wait until Monday 3 more days to collect On Monday I get a notification the package is ready for collection but not at the collection point I selected another collection point 40 minutes drive from where I live This is completely not acceptable Ryses you should change your delivery partner in Spain I like you clothes but if this is the service here I have to go elsewhere
