Terrible quality won t give a refund
I ordered a bracelet and necklace for my boyfriend for Christmas When he opened it and went to put the necklace on for the first time it broke On Saar Co s website it describes its jewellery as being of impeccable quality The opposite is true I then emailed them showing photos of the necklace and asked for a refund They said they don t do refunds for broken jewellery only repairs Why would I bother to repair jewellery that breaks before its first wear It will probably break again even once its fixed and I d rather spend my money on better quality jewellery It s very disappointing that refunds are offered if someone simply doesn t like their product but they re not offered for faulty products I ve asked multiple times for a refund but they ignored my last email So if you re after good quality jewellery and good customer service don t bother with Saar

broke less than a month
bought jewellery for 55 broke in less than a month asked for refund replacement was offered repair and to cover shipping not going to pay for shipping if it is 20 price - for a product that lasts less than a month passive aggressive replies - customers aren t your enemies the philosophy seems to be minimise costs rather than maximise customer satisfaction not paying for shipping just want my hard earned money back tldr buy elsewhere I m not the only one that experienced this look at the other review

terrible product and quality but good customer service
SAAR despite having good customer service the actual products are garbage Paying upwards of 80 for a single silver bracelt you would hope they are of high quality and durability However My orginal bracelt broke within a day SAAR were kind enough to send a replacement but that replacement broke after two days The business has very good customer relations however the real issue is the durability and quality of their products

Absolutely love my Saarco pieces
