They put me in touch with the artist who was very helpful answering questions I had about the dimensions and mounting of the piece After that the purchase and shipment were a breeze They let me know what was going on every step of the way

I was nervous about ordering from Saatchi after reading some of the bad reviews but it ended up being an incredibly easy process I ordered a piece from China and was worried about extra international shipping charges However I reached out to Saatchi art and a curator helped me negotiate with the artist to avoid an extra 1000 dollar charge They were prompt in their responses and I received my artwork within 2 weeks of ordering Overall a great experience and I would order from here again
