Stealing my money Ordered a coat and returned it Still waiting for refund 45 days later They have n o excuse except to blame it on my bank which is not correct as I work in the POS industry As of now they have stolen from me and they do not care at all Horrible

I have researched and live-chatted with this company Most of the credible reviews have been negative A few of the glowing over-the-top positive reviews appear shady with poor grammar and syrupy-sweet comments

Received my saddle and it does not fit

Received my saddle and it does not fit my horse whatsoever From what a my trainer said it won t fit any horse in her opinion Apparently their return policy is that you have to pay for shipping to it s going to cost me 100 to return this piece of junk Very poorly made the stirrups don t even match Not to mention it is almost impossible to adjust one of them Do not buy from this website Total waste of money I thought I d give them a shot because of the good reviews Mistake

Frustrated and disappointed

I am pretty frustrated with him My boyfriend decided to buy me one of the buffalo bags He ordered it back in October and the at the time the website stated 3-4 to weeks and it would be sent out He also accepted the money We have tried and tried to talk to him and he ignores messages he messaged back once 11 weeks later and he is still ignoring us Very very disappointed I would love to support his work as it a gorgeous but he is sure it making it hard He could at least message back saying anything possibly a hey I am super busy and I would be happy and understanding Very disappointed

Terrible company and terrible quality My saddle arrived totally flat and malformed They would not return without me paying shipping so I had to file a credit card dispute The saddle was shipped flat and the saddle arrived looking completely flat and of course too wide There is only one person working in the office and she is rude Total waste of money bad quality no way it will fit your horse That saddle wouldnt even fit a draft horse Don t believe all the fake positive ratings

This company is a scam do not order anything from them I sent him money for a Saddle he says he cannot receive the money because his PayPal account has been suspended I have talked to PayPal several times this information is not correct so I have confronted him and now he is not even returning my call or message I am out of my money and a saddle

HORRIBLE QUALITY

HORRIBLE QUALITY I cannot say enough bad things about the quality of the saddle I received from these people Absolutely terrible The leather hardly felt real the tree was weak the cuts on the edge of the leather were frayed and the stain was super oily- just to name a few issues Then you have to pay for shipping to send their crappy saddle back to them DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE 500 saddles should not be as flimsy as a piece of cardboard And don t even try calling customer service they will not do anything for you
