Fantastic service from start to finish My Ercol sofa cover was a perfect fit done in less than two weeks and the team handled all my questions so quickly and efficiently They provide a brilliant service for vintage Ercol furniture and it s very reasonably priced too

We are absolutely delighted with the cushions and upholstery from Safe Foam After buying a very unloved Ercol studio daybed on gumtree we replaced the straps and ordered our replacement cushions and fabric The customer service was excellent and the delivery prompt Everything arrived in perfect condition and voil we now have a very comfortable and stunning piece of furniture that we can use everyday for years to come I highly recommend Safe Foam Thank you

Safefoam are a perfect example of good old fashioned customer service I wasn t sure which model of Ercol chair I had but identifying the right one was critical when ordering new cushion pads and covers The team took the time to correspond with me over email to establish exactly what I needed and once we had pinned down the model they supplied new pads and made covers in fabric I supplied and quicker than the timescale specified The young lady who actually made the covers phoned me to check which way round I wanted the fabric All in all the attention to detail was superb I can t recommend Safefoam highly enough

The Safefoam team were on the ball right from the start With their help I identified the make of the Ercol furniture I had bought second hand - a feat in itself They then took me through the ordering process arranged collection and shipment and the seamstress made contact to make sure all was just as I was wanted It was brilliant from start to finish and I can t recommend their customer service and workmanship enough

The customer service was excellent from the get go They were very helpful in helping us choose the fabric and the turn around in getting the cushions made delivered was incredibly quick Having shopped about a bit we found that the cushions are good value for money and of high quality durability I would recommend them
