Loving my Sage Bambino plus that I got for Christmas Noticed I didn t have the tool to unscrew the milk wand I either threw it away by mistake or it wasn t in the box Called to ask for the stock number so I could buy the correct one but instead Sage are sending me one complimentary along with a pack of descaler That s where customer service differentiates Well done Sage

Excellent Customer Service and Repair Support for Our Trusted Espresso Machine
We ve had our Sage Barista Espresso machine for over five years and it has been an absolute workhorse delivering consistently great coffee When we recently experienced an issue I reached out to Sage s customer service team for advice even though the machine was well out of warranty The assistant I spoke with was friendly and incredibly helpful They explained the repair process clearly and arranged for the machine to be sent to one of their accredited repair centres Since I no longer had the original box they went the extra mile by sending a suitable replacement box via courier to ensure the machine was securely packed While the repair did take a bit longer than the estimated timeframe and we didn t receive many updates during the process the good news was worth the wait the machine was successfully repaired They even replaced some smaller parts like o-rings and seals as part of a thorough check which was a nice touch The cost of the repair was slightly higher than I expected but it felt reasonable given the quality of service and care provided Overall we were very pleased with the experience and are thrilled to have our espresso machine back We re looking forward to enjoying many more years of amazing coffee thanks to Sage Appliances
