I ordered shoes 1 month ago they sent

I ordered shoes 1 month ago they sent shoes to the wrong address and wrong name they sent me a email knowing of mistake and ask me to request store credit I did a third party with afterpay and reported this error afterpay filed dispute me not knowing to click disagree to Saint Ashley I clicked accept thinking I m accepting the dispute from afterpay I noticed afterpay they told me to contact Saint Ashley the said we will refund your in 10 days we ll it s been a month no refund do you I have a 100 dollars to waste I shopp with stores all the time I am a shoe collector Thus company is a fake please be careful shop with stores you know are honest and legit

I got scammed by Saint Ashley

I got scammed They are good Good website attractive photos of products took my money sent follow-up notifications about the packaging and shipping AND a FedEx tracking number Then notified me my package was delivered Except no package was delivered I called FedEx who very kindly informed me that the tracking number was in no way associated with my name my address as recipient nor was the sender Saint Ashley FedEx knew what was up and strongly suggested I call the vendor So I called the vendor Saint Ashley Answered by a third party call center Was told technician issue between their system and FedEx systems Could not pull up my order offered me a credit and discount I insisted on a refund and was told it would take around 10 business days I then asked will I get an email confirming the refund is being processed and the response was no But then I was told to check my email periodically for update So I took that as code for you are never going to get a refund Now disputing with my credit card company Saint Ashley is a scam Their website needs to be shut down

Fraudulent vendor Two orders not delivered They send you a FedEx delivery number that shows as delivered to an address in your same city But it s actually someone else s address and package They must copy the number from FedEx s website and reuse them to create fake delivery confirmations

Please do not buy This company is fraudulent I purchased through Afterpay and they took my money I ve been fighting for 2 years to get my 250 back but they give you the run around and send you tracking numbers that don t exist Do not order from them God will repay all that you ve lost and make your enemies your footstool They will reap what they sew The never should have messed with a child of the most high God

Same comments as other experiences here fake Fed Ex numbers constant runaround we ve processed your refund wait 10 days we re looking into it wait 7 days an inquiry has been launched wait 14 days Unfortunately I didn t see any reviews posted when I ordered back in August but they re showing up now so hopefully this scam s days are numbered I m going on a month of trying to get a refund after 4 unsuccessful delivery attempts I may never get my money back but that won t stop me from sending harassing emails and writing reviews to warn other consumers that this is a fraud

Saint Ashley is a scam Don t let the deceptively good customer service team or the fact they give you a tracking number which will be fake deceive you They gave me a tracking number to the place I lived Turns out the tracking number was from a different company and was delivered to a different house The tracking number was not created by Saint Ashley DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY SAINT ASHLEY IS A SCAM
