Very upset

Very upset I ordered a SAKER Upgraded Portable Camping Light with Bracket 1 on 12 13 24 I received email that it was received and paid in full I have yet to receive a shipping email or a response to the email I sent them inquiring about my order Im assuming this is a scam and if I don t receive response from them soon I ll be disputing my charge with me bank and reporting them Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this company N reason I have not received this item a tracking number or a response back It has been 3 weeks

They delay responding so it s too late

This is a paraphrase of the email I sent them On Dec 18 2024 I sent an email asking what I purchased from them I was asking because of a charge on my credit card I never received an order confirmation nor order number The only number I have is the one in the subject line MSP-1360426 which was on an email from Kaus in customer service One week later on Dec 24 at 12 46 AM I got a response indicating it was a cat water fountain and that shipping was delayed due to high demand that it would be shipped in 15 days plus an additional 6-13 days for delivery I was given the option to cancel and re-order when shipping resumed if I wanted to Five hours later at 5 02 AM on Dec 25 I responded and requested to cancel and asked for a refund Jan 7 2025 fourteen 14 days later TWO WEEKS is when your company responded and said that I couldn t cancel because it was already being shipped At that time I was offered a 50 refund and I could keep the product I immediately replied and said that I no longer wanted it and I needed instructions on how to return it Today is Jan 13 2025 and I have not heard back from them The package came on Friday The website says 100 customer satisfaction fast shipping 90-day return I would like instructions on how to return Yes I read the fine print and think you are a questionable company You offered for me to cancel and get a refund then you delayed your response so it was too late Very shady and shameful

Says American company shipping since Dec 9 from overseas no answer on emails dispute with cc company they responded holiday times lol a month False advertisement saying from Spokane WA when it s coming from China We don t want no CoVID Says shipped from Hong Kong

I ordered their cat water fountain over a week ago I received an email stating that they received my payment and that has been it I have received no other communications from them I reached out to them after several days to ask them for the status of my order and I got a response back to that email That they created a ticket Terrible company no response no way to get a hold of customer service except for through apps like this

I am not sure why this website is getting response but I guess I will try here Please assist as I placed an order 12 18 24 and have not received any correspondence I reached out twice inquiring about my purchase with no response My email starts with natbear please review the order and complaints and let me know as soon as possible the status of my order or I will be forced to believe this is a scam site I will dispute the charges and report to the better business bureau
