Sold me 18k rose gold Tag Huer and they never told me that It was ran out of warranty and they have changed the batteries after 5 years in their position trying to sell it Then when I bought the watch 2 years ago the battery stopped and took the watch to them and they just told me the warranty has ran out I was very angry because why it has ran out when the battery should last for 5 years if it s brand new and the reason why they have given me three years warranty because they knew that the battery life span is two years from the year and month I bought the watch but they didn t tell me anything The watch is cost Aus 4000 00 And when I ask them to quote my watch they told me that it will cost 80 00-160 00 I told them that I have bought Tag huer Aquaracer for 1800 00 at Wallace bishop 2 years before I bought the tag huer from salera and its still working Still brushing off their hands and unhelpful so I took the watch to minit shop When minit shop opened the watch they discovered that the watch has been opened and changed the batteries replacing a cheap energiser one and they told that if Salera do send their watch to Swiss repair shop they always used Renata brand on their watch product Not only they tampered the repair or replacing batteries they tried to rip me off to replace a new one and sold me an out of warranty watch with a cheap energiser battery Shame on you

Dont shop here
the stone on a 450 ring fell out after 3 months of wearing and we took it back and they wanted us to pay an absurd amount of money to get it fixed even though it was within warranty claiming it is not a manufacturing flaw but due to the ring changing shape after a handful of phone and person conversations we managed to come to a more reasonable price but we still had to pay for something that should have been under warranty dont buy from them unless you want to get scammed

Pathetic
My wife bought me an expensive Tissot watch from the Fountain Gate store It was not working properly so I returned it as soon as lockdown would allow It was fixed after 2 months then finally returned to me Then the watch stopped working properly again only a couple of months later I returned it again The team member that took it back saw the fault Having to pull the pin in out 7-8 times before it would actually change the date The team member sent the watch off for repair I just got told that despite a Saleras employee seeing the fault they were going to return it to me with the fault because Tissot couldn t find the problem Nothing like a company refusing to take ownership of a faulty product they sold Store manager Rina said there s nothing they can do despite acknowledging that the fault was witnessed by the employee within their store added that Saleras would not help me I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING AT ALL from this store as they take no responsibility at all for the products they sell regardless of warranty or consumer law Not worth the effort I now need to invest by navigating a consumer affairs claim just to get a working watch

Avoid Saleras at all costs Worst customer service imaginable Purchased a extremely expensive diamond bracelet as gift for wife Catch faulty and was lost within an hour of first putting it on Neither the store nor head office wanted to know about it Legal demands simply ignored They should not be allowed to operate Good luck if you buy from them you will need it if the item is faulty

Terrible customer service if I could give less than 1 star I would
Bought a watch from them which had defects they refused a refund so I had no choice but to send to the watch brand for repair It took 6 months to come back to me with only more defects At this point saleras told me to send it back and still refused a refund The store doesn t want to take any responsibility saying they need approval from a director This director has never returned my call or spoken to me once I can see through their strategy of fobbing you off and hoping you let it go Seriously don t waste your time and go to a more reputable jeweller or watch AD

We are not authorised repairers we just sell the brand
I recently purchased a watch overseas 2k which got some water in it after a dive Saleras northland was a authorised repairer so I dropped in fir them to assist with my world wide warranty claim Advised they would charge 100 for handling as there was nothing in it fir them Or I could take it direct to supplier and handed me a pre prepared photocopy of address and directions On arrival I was told that they didn t deal with the public and that I would need to send it in Apparently saleras have been told numerous times but won t gabdlecwarranty claim Too easy to annoy you to the point you want to go elsewhere I would not recommend this store or its staff Stuck up and only helpful when it s a sale

BE WARNED
The VERY WORST experience of my entire life A routine sale of a high end Swiss watch turned into a living and ongoing nightmare Whilst purchasing the above watch another jewellery item went missing After many contradictions and inconsistent statements Salera s referred the matter to the police They openly accused me of theft The police complaint proceeded to court very embarrassing after almost a year On the final day the magistrate essentially threw out the evidence as inadmissible The CCTV evidence from Salera s had been tampered with edited and the police still accepted it Thankfully the magistrate did not The Salera s manager and the business as a whole made terrible remarks about me as a person throughout the whole process and openly labelled me a problem customer Most likely because I fought back Despite winning in the end the process of defending my innocence has cost me a great deal of money Salera s is certainly a business to avoid at all costs If I could give less than a 1 star review I most certainly would have done so BE WARNED what you see is not what you get Salera s will obviously try again to frame another innocent customer after leaving any of their stores

Do not be a victim of this company-Text book definition of abusing consumer laws-STAY AWAY AT ALL COST I bought a Tissot watch that had issues so 2 days after I exchanged it with the Citizen CC1075-05E WHICH APPEARS INB THE IMAGE ATTACHED THE hour AND minute HANDS needs calibration the store manager tried to fix it but he made me wait for a long time without fixing it Then he threatened me to call the Police and waved goodbye to me This is a civil matter and the Police will not be involved in it His manager or CEO refused to assist I have filed for a dispute with the bank and the watch was left in the store together with my refund I advise any consumer NOT TTO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
