Huge waste of money and time
I ll list out the reasons why you should never hire saleshive 1 The sales playbook is a huge waste of time They must use a bot to write it because it s filled with things you wrote on your website word for word and not things your prospects wants to hear You WILL have to redo the entire thing because it ll be filled with grammar errors and information that your customers will not care about Don t be fooled into thinking this is worth hiring them 2 Our cold caller didn t follow the script for an entire month and was on leave for majority of it No one notified us of this And their employee never listened to a single one of their call recordings I wish i could link the voice call here so you can laugh at how bad it was 3 You have to write to them that you want to cancel your contract Saying it over a zoom call apparently is not enough and will charge you for an additional month 4 Overall it was a humongous waste of money We paid over 7 000 month and got very little return from the cold calling The email marketing was the only result we got and it was basically a humongous email marketing blast

Do not use this company
Do not use this company Their sales team promises 30 to 40 bookings over a 3 month period The reality after countless no-shows was only 4 low-quality meetings in 5 weeks They also promised an email outbound service enhanced by AI That was nonexistent Ignore the marketing this is an amateur cold calling service with inexperienced dialers and high turnover I canceled the service 5 weeks in because of extreme underperformance and concern about my company s reputation The recorded calls were cringe worthy However I still paid for the rest of the second month That means I paid the company a total of 13 000 for 2 full months even though I received only 5 weeks of service Now Saleshive is demanding that I pay an additional month 6 500 and have hired a debt collector to harass me Very sleazy organization Save yourself the time money and reputation risk and stay away

Stay away from SalesHive Here s why 1 - the playbook they create and content they right comes straight from ChatGPT and is incredibly poorly done 2 - they ask for a bunch of resources to train your new BDRs but it s incredibly evident that none of them were properly trained When asked on a cold call they couldn t even answer what it is that we do 3 - after a ton of tedious work to identify our Do Not Contact list they messed it up and had been calling on our client base and current opportunities for weeks We had to shut down the program for 10 days in order for them to figure this out Yes we paid for all of those 10 days 4 - they have a ton of turnover which resulted in them not setting up our Hubspot integration The person we spoke to quit and just never did it 5 - we had weekly check in calls which were incredibly unprepared and we were often asked questions that they should have been answering for us It became comical because the update was provided on a google doc and we could see our CSM frantically updating the doc the minute before the call which explained why she couldn t answer any questions about the info in the doc 6 - almost all meetings were no shows because all they did was push so hard for the meeting with no value add that the person finally agreed to the meeting just to get off the call with no intention of showing up 7 - our BDRs had turnover in the first 3 months We were always behind on calls so they had random people who knew nothing about our business making calls to catch up 8 - after all of this we tried to cancel and they enforced their rule that we had to pay for an extra month of service Long story short we paid 62 500 for an ROI of 6 000 and a disservice to our brand in the market I know these services are hard to compare but use this as your warning to stay away from this one

Horrendous Lots of employee turnover Failed to provide services for weeks but kept billing us They quickly replied when we said we were going to stop paying and then they threatened lawsuit

Do Not Use Sales Hive Complete waste of money
Sales Hive talks a good game but has no idea what they are doing Their cold callers are awful their managers cant correct the problems or just don t care we cancelled them after 3 months and just took the loss Save your time and money look elsewhere

Great so far
We started with SalesHive 4 months ago after having a bad experience with a similar company We were hesitant to move forward due to that previous experience with an outsourced sales company but we liked that we could go through the onboarding without any risk The onboarding ended up going great and we decided to move forward The account manager and BDR that got assigned to our account were both very professional and we ended up getting our first meeting shortly after In our first month we learned a lot from what our account manager showed us so we made some pretty major changes to our approach I was really happy with the feedback we got because it also helped us make some internal pivots that we had been considering for a while By the second month we had a strong and consistent number of leads coming in each week and have been having some really good meetings We ve been really happy with the growth of our lead flow and overall the entire experience has been great We have a long sales cycle so we haven t closed a deal yet but we have a good number of solid opportunities in our pipeline that I expect to close soon which should yield a great ROI I ve had nothing but good experiences so far with SalesHive and I m glad we decided to give them a shot

Unparalled Outreach Efforts
I worked alongside SalesHive for the last three years at my previous company I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team and their research skills We were by no means an easy client as the work we gave SalesHive often required extensive and in-depth research on what usually ended up being extremely niche areas of outreach The team s ability to understand the complexity of our various SaaS offerings and their innate desire to help us take our initial concept and hone it into an actionable plan within the correct market and with messaging that fits our ICP - is a skill set we utilize every week Each meeting I would leave with a new or better insights brought forth by the team that I would then relay to my internal team I cannot stress enough how dedicated the SalesHive team is and how they have played a huge hand in shaping my previous companies outreach efforts for the last 3 years While I am no longer with my previous employer I plan on using them at my new company for anything from one-off projects to more intensive research work and I am not the only one I can honestly say that I would trust SalesHive with my most sensitive projects
