Exceptional

Hi I just wanted to leave a review for Salomon and Amer sports I have made multiple purchases within the last month or so put orders in quite late and on a weekend Fully expecting it to take the best part of a week for the order to arrive I couldn t be happier with the turn around The last three orders have been processed and arrived within a matter of 3 5 days I have had to return a few items due to sizing my issue not the brand and the returns have also been processed promptly 10 out of 10 service Dealing with customer service via email has also been exceptional speaking with Leonidas in particular he has been very helpful informative and friendly going that extra mile to with some useful information The great service and customer service reflect the Brand I expressed my product feedback to Leonidas about a variety of garments I am a very happy customer

Amazing shoes

Amazing shoes I had spinal surgery five years ago and now leave in mine I own five pairs and also buy them for my son Hard wearing and suitable for any condition Amazing quality just wish this year s colours were brighter

Great boots Great company

I have had two pairs of Salomon gtx hiking boots One I have completely destroyed over 4 years and they are still doing the job I wear them hiking horse riding in the mountains on the farm in the dirt across streams I have never had a pair of boots this good I had a newer pair that I hadn t worn much I had been saving them for when my first pair kicked the bucket Anyway they ended up having a really bad leak Just under 2 years I called Salomon and they filed a claim It was painless and easy and today they issued a refund for another pair of gtx boots I love Salomon Great company great boots

Great customer service

Great customer service Had a split in one boot 6 months after purchase Filled in a simple online warenenty form Within a week received credit note for new boots which turned up 4 days later perfect Will always try to buy salomon

Practical and supportive

Bought some trail shoes to fit my afo which I have to stop my foot drop and I love them I also bought the sense socks to help raise my foot awareness The laces are so easy to use and they have great arch and ankle support too Can t wait to wear them outside and test them out on muddy wet trails in the woods

Good experience

My experience with Salomon seems to be at odds with almost everyone else who has reviewed them I ordered a pair of walking trousers which were too small when they arrived I sent them back and within 24 hours of them arriving at their premises I had my money back in my account All in all a good experience even if the trousers were much smaller than expected Or I was much bigger than i thought

Warranty return

On a recent long distance walk the Goretex membrane of my superb Salomon Quest boots failed but as they were under warranty I contacted Salomon and couldn t be happier with the response Not only was the warranty process easy from start to finish the Salomon rep was also very clear at every stage and I couldn t fault them at all
