Order still stuck in Vegas at usps I think this company is taking people s Money
Still waiting going onn3 weeks now 5 days stuck in las vegas at usps not moving according to tracker I spent over 100 00 on a body wash a refill an mist No emails returned just auto emails No phone number nothing no way to contact UPDATE Received my product after fussing so much I finally received 2 emails one said we cannot control the carrier once it s shipped We ll it s strange it showed up at my door over night Smells nice But I won t re order because it takes so long to get it Shipping needs to be better faster not snail mail us post office And customer service needs improvement not auto emails no persons no phone no chat Just auto email message Other than that I think it smells great Thanks for letting me share i see it s on Amazon but I ordered from thier website So I cant say if it would be faster from Amazon or it still comes through the original company

fell for the influencers The product has little to no scent The deodorant and lotion -0- scent The body wash and spray have scent but it does not last 15 minutes Very very disappointed in this product

Worst customer service I have ever
Worst customer service I have ever experienced No customer support and no phone number listed to speak to a human I ordered for the first time and will most definitely be my last My old address populated when ordered and I tried to cancel immediately after ordering I reached out by email and tried finding a phone number This was all within a couple minutes of ordering You are not able to cancel your order and they take about 3 days to get back to you which at that time the order is being processed so they say there s nothing they can do They don t care about their customers They told me I needed to track down the shipping company and let them know to reroute my package No you need to allow customers to update their information before an order is processed This makes you look like a bunch of thieves If you don t care about customer service and how you re treated then by all means order from this company I finally received my products and it s honestly not worth the hassle Lesson learned

I was hoping for this Fragrant that everybody was posting about how they smell so great after using this product Well it doesn t last very long sprayed on and it only last for a few minutes and it s gone

I purchased the deodorant and body
I purchased the deodorant and body spray The body spray has no staying power The scent disappears within minutes Although it smells wonderful when you spray Pretty expensive for a minute of staying power The deodorant I think I will use it up but am not a fan I will not be a returning customer on either of the products

Potential carcinogen contents
I bought this product excited to be investing in an aluminium free deodorant which I had been meaning to do for ages tabs the smell hype on Instagram was appealing I have since revived it and scanned it using Yuka cosmetic and good app and am not pleased at the result It contains a potential carcinogen and they have it moderate risk Put simply there are safer options for aluminium free deodorant that are better for your health Give the app a try

Placed an order that was never received
I placed an order on October 14 and received a tracking on October 15 and haven t heard from them since When I inquired about my order they said it was shipped and gave me the tracking THAT I ALREADY HAD And now 2 weeks later- no information no updated tracking and most importantly-NO ORDER received Do not order from this bogus company

Avoid at all costs-especially if buying a gift
Honestly so disappointing I bought from them once a year ago great product horrendous delivery A year later I decide to try again and I ve had the same experience And worse the same response Such a shame for a product that works Here s the email I just sent Salt Stone Hello again Skyler I was just chatting with a friend and I vaguely remembered that I had ordered from you before and this exact same delay happened then This was over a year ago and I I never ordered again The fact that this is happening again a year later is not right If you don t have the staff to fulfil the levels of people purchasing from you then it is us the consumer that suffers Especially as this is a personal care item I am now without deodorant and having to buy something until mine arrives which in this climate seems entirely wasteful Your product is effective and I d repeat purchase however the fact this has happened again feels really frustrating-this is a luxury item and the delivery feels anything but that Is there someone that my complaint can be escalated to please You have dreadful reviews on trust pilot and I don t want to have to add to that but consumers need to know that when they purchase from you you are unable to meet your obligations in a timely manner nor will you offer anything in the way of good will for this repeated failure I look forward to hearing back from you Here are my conversations from last year I then sent the screenshots of the email conversations I had the year prior Date of experience 01 November 2024-UPDATE-09 11 2024-you couldn t actually write this Just received my order but it s missing the deodorant I actually don t know how this company survives And telling me to go to Sephora because YOU the actual company are abhorrent with your customer service is just beyond I will never ever buy anything from you via any means ever again

Don t use this company
Salt stone charged my credit card twice for one transaction Contacted my credit card company to verify there were two charges they confirmed there were two charges Contacted Salt Stone immediately they did respond quickly but argued with me about the double charge I got fed up said cancel my order and refund BOTH charges I was told my order was processing so they were unsure they could stop the order Still waiting for them to confirm the order was canceled and my cc refunded
