Do not touch this company - atrocious
Atrocious Long delay for dispatch then delivery GEODIS used for delivery and their service matched that of Sampur Quality horrendous and the outside bed sides and the internal mechanism to lift the mattress to access the storage did not match fit the sides Poor quality build materials and the cloth was cheap although I bought a very high priced quality bed supposedly After sales were inefficient and took too long Work involved to return these mismatched objects was too much and complicated Trying to get a refund was like tryong to get blood out of a stone Try free at home guarantee is worth nothing Stay well clear - in reading the reviews most genuine customers give 1 star The way the other reviews read look odd to me I am not certain these are genuine clients

never shipped zero contact
I purchased a Sampur comforter through Groupon Goods seven weeks ago I have contacted Sampur and Groupon multiple times There is no evidence my item ever shipped and neither company wants to take responsibility Meanwhile I now need to contact Mastercard for my money back Edit number provided in reply is not in service in NL perhaps I need a country code I emailed the address below before the weekend and no reply yet Edit 2 Hello Sophie no I will not post contact info publicly I have emailed two of your addresses and had Groupon email you on my behalf Please sort it out
