Placed order on 15th January still not received anything Emailed them and just told I will get an email when it is despatched No phone number to contact them on Avoid at all costs

Avoid this company at all cost doesnt reply to email noway to get in touch and they are supposed to be an official samsung seller

Incorrect part delivered

Incorrect part delivered Ordered a fan part they delivered a water filter with a sticker on it saying it s the fan part Asked for my correct part to be sent and got told it s not in stock so I should send the item back to them for a refund I refused and they are now arranging collection at their cost Let s see how that goes

REFUSED to give me my order

REFUSED to give me my order I purchased my item on the 7th of July 2021 and paid the 8 99 delivery fee for the item to come quick I was sent an email weeks later stating the items were not in stock and then I got another email a few weeks later stating that I did not pay for my purchased item when clearly I had the confirmation email This website is a COMPLETE and utter scam BEWARE don t be fooled into using their fake and fraudulent website VERY unhappy with the way I was spoken to by the customer support team should be ashamed of yourselves

Terrible service

Terrible service Ordered a spare part for my washing machine and paid the extortionate price for express delivery to ensure it arrived the next day Still no sign of it 3 days later Contacted the company to discover it was sent standard delivery in error and would take up to another 5 working days Refused to resend the item next day delivery despite me explaining we were desperate to get our washing machine running again with a young family

Do not buy a washing machine seal

If you re buying a washing machine door seal don t The accompanying video cleverly misses out the part where you have to attach the retention wire This is because it s almost impossible You need to completely dismantle the washing machine to do this Once you ve done that you ll find that the door doesn t close I thought it was my mistake so I got an engineer in who told me that the part didn t fit Reported this to Samsungspares and they just said that it was the right part for the machine Goodbye 75 and 50 for engineer and hello new washing machine 500

Replacement part didn t fit

Ordered a replacement glass shelf for my Samsung fridge freezer using the correct model number The shelf didn t fit or even resemble the original so had to be returned Customer service is non-existent just an email asking again for the model number - no phone number The first and last Samsung product I will buy I ll stick to German in future

Scam - avoid

Made an order and on site it doesn t say in stock Dealing with passive aggressive customer services on live chat was terrible and writing excuses as you question them No communication No real apologies and no delivery Avoid at all costs
