"SO happy with products AND service"
TLDR Fantastic products and equally as amazing customer service Will always recommend Sand Sky and I often do I LOVE Sand and Sky I tried the pink clay mask years ago because my friend recommended it but it didn t make that much of a difference for my skin In January 2022 I decided to give them another try since they had released new ranges with products and since then I ve placed TEN orders I ve tried ALL of their products except their new sunscreens It took some time to figure out which products worked best for my skin I didn t do much research and just tried them instead but my current favourites the one that have worked the best for me are Everyday routine split up between AM PM - Australian Glow Berries Dreamy Glow Drops- Anti-aging Eye Cream- Tasmanian Spring Water Hydration Boost Cream- Pink Clay Deep Pore Cleanser- Marshmallow toner- Tasmanian Spring Water Splash Serum- Tasmanian Spring Water Renewing Night CreamA few times per week alternating - Glow Berries Enzyme Powder Polish- Pink Clay Flash Perfection Exfoliator- Pro Youth Dark Spot Serum- Glow Berries Super Bounce Mask- Tasmanian Spring Water Intense Hydrating MaskMy skin has never looked better it s soft and hydrated and my pimples acne have basically disappeared completely apart from the occasional break-out but that s hormonal The products smell and feel amazing and my absolute favorite is the Tasmanian Spring Water range It feels so good on your skin it doesn t sting even if you ve exfoliated or skin is irritated and your skin gets nice and glowy afterwards Their customer service is absolutely incredible as well The few times I ve had issues with my order or products or just had questions I ve contacted them on Instagram and received quick and helpful responses They ve sent replacements without any fuss and they re always kind polite and professional In short I couldn t recommend Sand Sky more The products are expensive but so worth the price tag I ve had an amazing experience with the brand

"Fantastic Brand Customer Service Team "
I love this brand of skin care the items are a little pricey but they are so worth it Recently I had an incident where my parcel had claimed to be delivered which wasn t when contacting Sand Sky customer service team and explaining the situation they were more than happy to assist me with this and sent me a brand new shipment of what I had originally ordered for free The customer service I received was excellent they dealt with it straight away and I received my good a couple of days later and I couldn t be more happier with them I highly recommend this brand the products are beautiful and luxurious and are one of my favourite brands of skin care at the moment plus their customer service team are excellent at replying to any emails or queries you may have I am very satisfied and will definitely be buying from here again

"I love their products"
I love their products I started using the mask they didn t sell anything else then and I saw a really great result right away I ve always had acne on my face and ever since I started using it bye bye acne Then they came out with the exfoliator and I was skeptical but I gave it a try At first it wasn t for me but I kept using it until I finished the bottle and OMG now it s an essential to me I m ordering new ones when I see the bottle is halfway empty Now I ve done that the last couple times because the package takes a bit longer than it used to to arrive It used to take like a week now it takes 2 or 2 and half I guess that means the company is growing And I think it s cool that sometimes we receive a gift like so far I have a pad to remove the product off my face a diadem hair band and a fancy toiletry bag All very useful items I really like the company and the only thing that stops me from buying more often or buying to give it as a gift to a friend is that it s a bit expensive but otherwise I LOVE it

"My Skin Has Never Looked So Good"
I own the entire product range from Sand and Sky with my most recent purchase being the Tasmanian Hydration range serum and moisturizer both of which are the bomb I have been using S S now for about a year and a half I use the exfoliating facial scrub a few times a week and intermix either the bounce mask or pink clay mask on the other days I use the glow drops when I think my skin could use that little glow and it delivers I have also used the enzyme polish which is also great Their body range will leave your skin smooth with a very faint sparkle I have had several dealings with customer service across my many orders At the start of COVID they like so many others experienced shipping delays The CEO herself sent out a note about this and also compensated people for their patience I have also had technical glitches where I could not get an offer to work - no problem Customer service was swift and helpful The products are not inexpensive but S S runs frequent promotions and offers bundle discounts on their website both of which are great chances to stock up and save I gifted my girlfriends S S this past Holiday Season to spread the love My skin has never looked so good For reference I am not affiliated with S S in any way and I will receive nothing in return for this review

so far me and my mom are loving it we both have sensitive skin so this means a lot to us it burned a little putting on but by seconds it was gone it felt so nice and refreshing while drying then after - smooth as a baby s butt no lie sometimes it can dry your face out so moisturize after i only had to once so far all in all great product would love to try more new stuff
