"Anti aging eye cream"
Hi I bought the anti aging eye cream saw the tik tok video claiming to help dark circles aging around the eyes Didn t do anything apart from feeling cool around my eyes when applying The pump bottle didn t work from the start had to open the bottle and get the product out with a q tip each time The bottle looked like a tester was a third full very disappointed I did email with no reply

"Terrible products"
Terrible products I bought the Tasmanian water am and pm moisturiser and the emu pink serum The serum is so drying and didn t spread so then I tried mixing with the moisturiser Now a week later my dry skin feels like I ve been sitting in the Sahara sun for a week and I m using cereve to calm my face down Absolute rubbish

"Extremely bad customer service"
I have been using these products for some time started out great and loved the creams but my skin no longer feels as plump as it used to has ingredients changed I ordered and paid 52 for the eye cream which was basically empty upon arrival After complaining to the company they have read my messages and then proceeded to ignore multiple times When I complained online for others to see they apologised and asked for my order number and then ignored me again with no intention of fixing the issue Money is NOT worth it Customer service is very poor Have waited months for a resolution and gotten nowhere

"HORRID PRODUCTS"
HORRID PRODUCTS I spent over 300 on products from this brand now my plump fresh skin has gone to hell Deep painful zits and tight and dry skin to the point where my skin is painfully peeling into raw red patches my skin is so tight and raw that I m developing wrinkles in places I ve never had them before This isn t an allergic reaction because I spot tested everything and it was fine for the first week now I m embarrassed to even leave my house Don t buy from this brand I ve had better results with 2 Kmart creams

Rubbish service Mask dried up rock hard after one use 3 attempts to contact always closing ticket early Mask dried up rock hard after used once only Thrown in bin Requested replacement or refund neither received No customer service number hiding behind a keyboard Very angry Going to ACCC if no resolution

Very poor service waited 2 weeks for my order contacted them to be told one of my items out of stock requested that the other product to be sent another 2 weeks and still not one item Have requested a refund won t be purchasing again

Usually I dont write bad reviews but this time I feel really dissapointed Made an order Customer service kindly suggest to check my order status and after I give them my order number they cancelled it Also definately not recommending to do their surveys for rewards cause they just using people for theirs statistics And you will never get you reward

shocking service from Sadie - asked things multiple times that she just wouldn t answer Took almost an hour on Live Chat basically repeating myself as she just didn t read answer what I was saying from the start of the conversation First time using this company and not off to a great start Based on the customer service I experienced I would stay clear of this company - as it isn t reassuring if you get order issues like I have Yodel losing my order
