Have been with this bank for years always fast friendly service had an issue recently where I got scammed Santander were brilliant and the issue was resolved within 24 hours Thankyou so much

I m earning plenty of interest for just having a current account Way better than other bank who are charging for accounts but don t offer anything in return I ve saved a fortune on the edge account not having to pay overseas fees

We feel you must speak as you find Over the last two years we have had loads of problems with Santander to the point we were on the verge of leaving them Today we phone to ask how much we could transfer in one day - as part of moving the account yes we know other banks do it for you but we wanted to separate the balance off We spoke with Laiba a lovely young lady nothing was too much trouble she answered clearly she told us of other accounts withing Santander that might help us she found out answers when she didn t know refreshing to hear I can find that out just a moment We hadn t said we were moving our account but during the conversation she offered so many answers to our needs and a few bonuses that will be helpful to us over time - so we are moving our account to an Edge and staying Laiba was helpful polite she listened - she actually said things that proved that nothing was too much trouble Yes it took time - 4 minute wait with the music - and quite awhile with her - but all very positive

I ve just got off the phone to Barry with the fraud department not only was he very helpful and understanding but took the time to make sure I was ok Genuinely if there was EVER 1 PERSON WHO COULD LEAD BY EXAMPLE BARRY WOULD BE IT If I EVER started a company I would pay him whatever he wanted to work for me and to be customer support not just people but actual company s could learn from this man HOW TO TREAT SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND A CUSTOMER SERIOUSLY HANDS DOWN THEE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD SPEAKING TO SOMEONE WHEN IVE HAD AN ISSUE I really hope he gets to see this and realise just how much of a bloody good job he s doing Keep up the good work mate They really don t make them like you anymore and the world really would be a better place with more people like yourself in it

I had an appointment today with Melissa Hurst from Santander Clapham junction branch she is such an amazing lady we had a lovely chat including holidays n soaps lol I may take your advise n fly to Spain lol she also helped me today with what I went there for so thank you again Melissa I can tell you really care about your customers there s not a lot of people out there that do care about their customers and I have to admit this is the first review I ve ever written thanks again for all your help
