I m very satisfied with Santander s service Whereas at another bank my application for a loan was rejected without providing any explanations at Santander the guy who took care of my application was willing to call me multiple times and to listen carefully to what my situation was in order to truly understand if it was possible for me to take the loan So I really appreciate the effort they put on understanding my situation before making their final decision about the loan It was also a very efficient process cause everything was worked out in less than a week
