The interest rates are ridiculous I got a car and had to get another one due to had to have a all wheel drive Told me I got the loan and then the dealership called to say the bank wasn t doing the loan Not sure why I e minute they said yes an then contact me 5 days later to say no Not very professional when someone is trying to get a car to get to work Have the first car through them but will be trying to find another bank to go through I am paying 20 000 on a 11 000 car The second act is more expensive but paying 3000 less in interest So it ended up being a blessing that this bank didn t take the loan

your website is so bad Your IT dept should be fired It autofilled the security questions and then told me that I had to answer exactly 3 of them so I had to open them all and delete the autofilled info Then when it was all over I tried to log in and it wouldn t allow me to log in I tried 2x resent the security code to my phone and eventually closed the site Incompetent I eventually got an email that started with Hello First Name and I was able to set up my account This company feels like you are dealing with a scammer It s unsettling to pay them using your bank account details

It s the worst website for a financial institution ever Auto payment are impossible to set up I had receive an authorization form for this and the institution name it s not Santander My antivirus block every intent to access payment Will refinance as soon as I can can t trust in their system

Where is my GAP Insurance refund check
I have been waiting since May 24 2024 the day I sold my vehicle to Enterprise car sales to receive my GAP Insurance refund from Santander Consumer USA I have called several times only to wait over an hour with no resolve I was told by a supervisor after holding for 2 hours that I wouId receive my check in the mail by August 18 2024 As of today September 30 2024 still no refund I am actually on hold now been on hold for 1 hour 32 minutes and counting At 50 mins of holding the automated voice has been saying my estimated wait time is less than 30 seconds Unbelievable I have a feeling no one is ever going to answer All I want is what is owed to me At this point interest should be added for the amount of time I have wasted holding

When I call it says my call can not be
When I call it says my call can not be completed the first few times I will continue to call until I actually get call to go thru I go thru the steps and when I select the number to speak to customer service I am disconnected I then try to call again and go thru above all over again I did this 3 times The 4th time I chose several different options until I chose one that connected me with a live agent only to be disconnected yet again

Horrifyingly bad Customer Service They picked up the wrong VIN number for my account and it was virtually impossible to contact a human from Customer Service to remedy this serious legal matter HORRIBLE waited twice for over 30 mins on hold just to be cut off

Day one my Social Security number and date of birth were not recognized I could not set up my account Called but 1 hour wait time Day two I got all the way through to set up my auto pay and entered my bank account information and hit submit and nothing happened It just stalls and I don t know what happened to my bank account account information

santandar lost the origional contract during the process of refunding the same vehicle due to lost contract santandar RAISED the interest rate 2 points greedy Origional contract was for 23000 with 17 18 percent financing was modified to show a trade in and lowered to 11 25 percent contract was lost during the auto website shut downs When santandar finially fixed it the interest rate went to 13 18 percent on the 2021 ford bronco
