Great product and service

Although the shipping time was a bit longer than advertised I realize it is an international order and I fully expected it to be a bit longer I placed three separate orders mid to late December and have received two of these orders with the last one showing as in the Canadian system and will probably be here mid next week I have had numerous contact emails queries and I have to say on every occasion the response was very quick and professional My first order was a single knife and I am very impressed with the look and quality The sharpness is way beyond anything I have used to date and I have been using Wustoff until now I just hope I can get the same edge when I need to sharpen them but there are lots of YouTube videos that are easy to follow I will definitely consider more of these knives and sets as gifts in the future

Solid knife

I ordered a knife for my birthday back in February Although it took longer to deliver than planned it was not the fault of Santoku knives When the knife finally came it was very sharp and felt great to use The Customer support was also very fast with assisting me

ORDER SK 3580I have placed the order on the 15th of November and did not received the item yet I have contacted them for a refund a few days ago but they did not respond Wrote another email today asking for money back Update I was offered a refund straight away After another week I ve received the knives and was offered to keep them for a further discounted price I m really happy with the set they are top quality

Absolutely gorgeous knife

Absolutely gorgeous knife that feels great in the hand Cuts well and it s edge retention is out of this world Would recommend to anyone and I most certainly will be purchasing more in the very near future

Excellent customer service

Wanted to buy a set of quality knives for my sons new home Like anyone spending a lot of money I had more than my fair share of questions and all I can say is the customer service each time was excellent As for the knives they got delivered earlier this week and apart from looking amazing the quality is brilliant He loves them and even inspired him to spend a little more time in the kitchen Lol

I orderd a santoku high carbon knife from santokuknives The knife very good quality It comes in a box that was higher quality than I exspected The knife is sharp out of the box oiled as well As for the delivery it took a lot longer than expected It was going to arrive in 5-7 days but came about 14 days later They messaged me and said they could not meet the 5-7 day mark so i waited I can understand that in these times the shipping is slower than usual so i can forgive Good comunication and answers within 24h

Xmas present

Ordered knives for a Xmas present the company was very helpful as I emailed regarding my concern I had not received by date due because of postal strike They provided tracking details and I did receive in plenty of time

Quality knife

Bought the kiritsuke steel knife with ebony handle not only looks beautiful but it s as sharp as anything I ve ever used still as sharp now with daily use after 2 months would highly recommend

Christmas with santoku

I recently ordered my partner a Santoku black resin knife for Christmas just passed After doing a lot of research on this I finally ordered one off santoku When it arrived the wrong item was sent which worried me as it was close to Christmas at the time but the people from the customer care team I spoke to contacted me back within 48 hours and were so incredibly helpful and managed to get me my correct order in time for Christmas When the correct order arrived the item was beautifully made well crafted and the handle was like nothing I ve ever seen I am so grateful for the care that was put in not just with the knife but with the individuals from the team that helped me with my problem My partner loves the gift and I will be purchasing more from the collection
