The fact I have to even give 1 star is infuriating I wish I had found this page before ordering Like others I placed an order got a shipping notification on April 5th Got sent a tracking number that constantly just said they were waiting for the package I have written to them several times asking for a refund and I just get the same generic response that they know I m disappointed I haven t gotten my order but they are working to ship it out so soon despite me telling them to cancel it and refund me And even if I did still want it they ve been promising they re working hard to expedite the shipment since April 24th In short this is a fraudulent scammy company and I will be calling my bank to report the fraud

Complete scam Placed order beginning of April and it is almost middle of June Support is no help and refused to refund while always replying it is on the way or they will contact shipper And do not use Apple Cash to pay because they will not dispute the charge so now I am out of money

On January 19 2024 I made a purchase from SCAM SITE SANTORINI OR SANTORINISTYLES SCAMMERS KEEP CHANGING THE NAMES TO CREATE CONFUSION Three days later I received an email stating the item shipped but the TRACKING was generic and DID NOT EXIST It is now JUNE 2024 AND NOTHING I have since found the SISTER SCAM SITE VOIR VOIRSTYLES OR VOIR LUXURY ETC ETC men s wear clothing that is LINKED TO THE SAME CHINESE SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE 100 FRAUDULANT SITES I BELIEVE IN KARMA

I d give zero if I could Ordered swimming costume waited two months and it never arrived Emailed company they confirmed it had been lost and that they would send me another one Fast forward 12 days they have not resent it Received an emailed telling me they had cancelled the order No refund

3 months and still no order Now they re offering a gift card but no refund I ve asked for my money back and now they re not responding at all SCAM 6 11 update - they finally sent me a digital gift card after 6 emails and this negative review I can not confirm if this is real until I actually receive a shipment The response from them is not accurate How do you they know who is writing this review and what my order number is They re lying
