Devastated
I purchased a car from SAT Japan in June July 2024 expecting a grade 5 vehicle with 48 000 km on the odometer reverse cameras satnav alloy wheels and in excellent condition However when the car arrived in January 2025 it was not what I ordered I wish I could add images to this I will on google reviews The car delivered was a grade 3 5 with several issues The odometer had been rolled back to 48 000 km Mismatched old and rusty wheels Missing satnav and reverse camera Significant body damage and a missing key After checking the VIN I discovered the car had been sold at auction and substituted for the one I originally purchased SAT Japan provided 1 000 in compensation but this barely covered a fraction of the large repair costs I was left with for a car I never ordered I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when considering SAT Japan

Honda Fit
I purchased a Honda Fit which was damaged during shipping I contacted Noa Kawazoe and she helped me with the refund process I received a full refund in my account There were issues with my bank details that delayed the refund but Noa stayed in constant communication and ensured I got my refund I appreciate her support and assistance
