The worst Japanese car dealer ever and
The worst Japanese car dealer ever and cannot recommend anyone to buy from them Good communication until you do your payment and then they leave you beg for updates They deliberately used consignee details unknown to me despite the fact that i provided my details as consignee details and then proceeded to charge usd 500 for an amendment and container handling a fees they never mentioned from the start They never used my address to dispatch original documents they instead sent to their agent Bought car on 24th october 2024 to Kenya and only arrived on 7th December 2024 with little to no communication and lots of frustration Currently considering a legal suit against them Never ever recommend to buy from them
