Very disappointed with this brand

Very disappointed with this brand I ve bought a pair of Saucony Women s Triumph 20 BLACK WHITE very pretty design quite good support of the foot but sadly the material got a hole in it towards the front of the left shoe and the right shoe its about to get the same type of hole as well very soon and only after wearing them just few months and always alternating with few other pairs of shoes so probably I ve used them very few weeks all together Ohh and the smell inside after wearing them is so so bad just like a cheap and bad chinese material For the price of 2000kr around 170-180 E I guess that they were when I ve bought them what a huge scam this was

Worst trainers and customer service around

They give free trainers to YouTubers to review only if they give good reviews If you say anything constructive that s not positive they remove you Not because of this but in my honest opinion there trainers are awful and a few times I ve hurt my ankles bad I m a very experience runner who would wear what s good whether I like the company or not but these trainers are one of worst without doubt

I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company I thought getting the socks to my partner was taking a long time my suspicions have been confirmed Additionally the socks are worn out as though they re being used by someone else in the middle of the night they are awful for the price I have tried to contact them about a second charge on my PayPal account but they ve not responded There are enough headaches in the world without regretting who you bought socks from Bad experience all around -Jim O Connell

Saucony refused to replace a pair of shoelaces

I bought a pair of Triumph 22 that apparently had two different sizes on the shoelaces I contacted customer support who outright refused to help me I hope it was worth it for them to loose a customer over a pair of shoelaces

If I could give them less than zero I would I ordered a size 4 wide for my 9-year-old son They sent me a shoe for a newborn or toddler size 4w Customer service is a joke tried to blame me Spoke to a supposed supervisor and all that she did try to over talk me with a bird in the background squawking away Very unprofessional Save yourself time and money and don t buy from these people Last time I will purchase any thing from them They don t want to listen they try to give me 30 off of a 70 shoe Make me pay 10 for shipping because it s under 75 for my autistic 9-year-old On top of that they put a 15 minute countdown timer to make you not think about your purchase and just do it to satisfy their own greed They don t care about the customer it s not the same anymore And they wonder why people are buying other brands

Purchased trainers in April

Purchased trainers in April 170 Lasted less than 3 months and a hole has appeared Cotswold Outdoor said they won t provide me with a warranty claim form as I didn t have a gait analysis and from one poor photo they can see it must be the fit and not the trainers I won t be getting more Saucony trainers and I won t be shopping in Cotswold Outdoor either Very poor trainers

Awful brand had mine a few months the

Awful brand had mine a few months the branding is coming if the side reported it after various email said go back to the running shop I bought them from I had an issue with a Nike pair once and they were brilliant replaced them straight away Saucony are awful the trainers cost 165 not cheap Cheap and nasty and awful customer services choose a better brand wish I d have know before buying from them never again

Horrible company with even worse costumer service Bought a pair of trainers from these that were nearly two sizes to big despite actually being the size I am in every other shoe I spoke to a costumer service agent called Jason S who was absolutely terrible in speaking to me and seemed like he hated even having to respond to me saying he could do nothing about it etc Never even considering this company again Awful

The Guide 17 shoe is a disappointment Please do not make all the running shoes like HOKA with max cushion Please please bring back the mid cushion They are way too high and support users already have very limited selection
