Sauna Cloud Tiny Business with Lousy Owner
Sauna Cloud requires 100 payment up front which we provided However three separate times they sent incorrect wood cuts and wood grains that took more than 2 months to get corrected which delayed our installation and added costs to the sauna build of 1500 The owner is a lousy businessman who doesn t return calls and hides behind his team

Great experience
While I could write forever about the sauna that Christopher helped me order I want to use this platform to describe the process of working with Christopher and his company Sauna Cloud Using the internet for a larger-than-usual purchase created some anxiety for me Wondering about the quality having questions answered and feeling comfortable with pulling the trigger were originally sources of stress This changed when I found Christopher He talked me through everything and was on more than one occasion very honest about the similarities and differences between products So honest that it actually helped me decide on a less-expensive model than the one he knew I was originally looking at With the pandemic in full gear Christopher was communicative the whole way He did not disappear after the order was made He did not take the money and run He provided updates the entire time and made sure I was informed on the shipping process and if I had any questions along the way I have had my sauna for almost two months and I love the time I can retreat into it Christopher helped make this happen Sauna Cloud came through and I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a company to buy from You will not be let down For the product I purchased the Clearlight Sanctuary 3 Everything so far has been great It shipped and arrived in very good shape The product took two of us about 90 minutes to assemble The speakers in the sauna sound great and connect quickly to my iPhone via BlueTooth I have not tried the aux plug-in function yet but there isn t really a need with the wireless The unit heats up really quickly and I am sweating really well in 15 minutes For almost a year I had really been missing my post-workout sauna sits at my local gym Now I have this at home whenever I want I am not the type of person to usually spend on a large purchase like this but it was SOOOO worth it I would highly recommend Christopher and his company Sauna Cloud The Sanctuary 3 has been getting daily use and one of these days I will get some proper sauna towels While the product came in good shape I really am happy to know that buying through Christopher ensured a top-rate warranty I know that if I ever need to use this service Christopher will make quick work of this and take care of everything Do yourself a favor if you are in the market for a sauna stop wasting your time and email Christopher with Sauna Cloud today He will have you setup fast and you can spend your time relaxing sooner

We could not be happier with our sauna
We could not be happier with our sauna or our experience with Chris We truly felt like he was honest and forthright with the entire experience and directing us toward the sauna that best fit our needs It felt like he cared more about us and why would benefit our health than the sale It was great to have such a personal experience and feeling like someone cared especially in this day and age The sauna is wonderful and Chris stands behind his products I would definitely feel safe purchasing a sauna with Chris

Sanctionary 2 awesome
It took me a month looking at different Saunas before I decided I wanted a Clearlight Sauna I called around to different Clearlight retailers when I came acrossed Sauna Cloud I spoke with Chris who s very knowledgeable about all the different Clearlight products He was helpful and able to answer all my questions which helped me decide on the right Sauna for myself He was honest and fair His white glove delivery was awesome His 2 guys came with the Sauna set it up in 45 minutes and took all the trash with them They clearly had a lot of experience I love my Sanctionary 2 I use it twice a day morning and night I can feel the benefits and wouldn t go without ever again I would recommend Sauna Cloud and would gladly make this purchase again Thanks Chris

Sauna cloud has been amazing to work
Sauna cloud has been amazing to work with They have been extremely patient and non pushy over the course of two years during our new construction They worked very well with my very demanding architect and much nicer contractor Chris and Allan were able to design a custom flip bench sauna design so I can do hot yoga on the floor when I want It really is the coolest thing ever as I can easily flip the bench when I want and even the floor is heated I feel amazing I couldn t be happier with my sauna and experience with Sauna cloud

I can t tell you how much I love my custom infrared sauna Sauna Cloud really did their best to work with me over 9 months to convert my very room into a beautiful diy infrared sauna that my husband built We use it everyday and I love how my skin feels My husband s blood pressure has gone down dramatically and my chronic insomnia is totally gone Thanks again guys

The top of the market brand - beautiful Excellent service For my selection and development of preferences I did a ton of research trials and discussions with different brand offerings before deciding on the Sanctuary 1 I had been using a friend s who also bought a Sanctuary 2 from Chris and referred me Chris was super helpful and commutative in the process to dial me in I even spoke with his dad who s a veteran and works with Chris Thank you for your service Shipment to my state went well Chris has followed up with me several times to ensure success Don t mess around and waste time If you are thinking about a sauna just go forward and Chris will get you what you want An investment in your health and wellness that feels so great to be inside

Quality service great product
After nearly 2 years of back-and-fourth on deciding which sauna to purchase for our home we took the recommendations of Chris and bought the Sanctuary 2 It arrived on time and the assembly was fairly easy for me and my wife to handle In a few hours we were up and running and have used it everyday since We love the bluetooth connectivity and built in speakers along with the sleek glass front and ceiling - fits our style and definitely passes the quality test If you are considering a sauna - we have zero complaints with ours and if you like doing business with straightforward and knowledgable people Chris is your guy
