Absolute waste of money I ve suffered with congestion since I was a teenager and used all the sprays and in fairness they work but are harsh on the nose However I bought this stupidly thinking it may be a natural alternative like described in so many of their social media ads Honestly its no different if not less effective that chewing on airwaves chewing gum The menthol in it gives a instant illusion the nose is clear but infact is not I used it as described and consistently throughout the day and even befor bed I woke up at 1 in the morning stuffy and even tried it then and it did nothing It s not a miracle cure I bought it so you don t have to
