Bruh the delivery man literally STOLE MY AMAZON PACKAGE WTH The products that were shipped were all in fine condition and stuff but whatever Waited a week for my Amazon package to come and it gets stolen by A DELIEVERY MAN FROM THIS COMPANY Have it on cam

Deleted my account unfairly
They suddenly deleted my account and I had coupons and points on there It s not fair Their driver didn t arrive because of some emergency and I ended up not receiving the order after waiting the entire day They never communicated this to me Now they are saying I got too many refunds but every case is different and they have it on record that their driver caused the problem I was a gold member and supported them through covid I m sad they re throwing away their customer like this

SUCKS
SUCKS if you re an e-commerce company make sure your site or app works at all times This company is always up and down Not to mention their cost of product is not good Maybe good for people who cant get hands-on Asian groceries but ppl who lives in the city their price and product quality is not there

Non-Existent Customer Svc Does NOT honor pricing
If you don t experience any issues need to contact the company Weee has a broad selection of products BUT Weee does NOT honor promotions or advertised prices Horrendous customer service Customer service takes forever to respond AND makes the company s technical issues your problem It s up to the customer to solve their software development issues This isn t a cultural or language issue Weee s customer service is worse than anything in China and Asia Their service is equivalent to fraud black market sites meaning it s nonexistent Delivery is 50 50 If you live in a hot climate be leery of ordering anything needing refrigeration They pack the frozen stuff pretty well with dry ice BUT skimp on the refrigerated products one small ice pack for a large bag Again non existent customer service

Slow deliver and food are rotten
They provide free shipping if customers spend over 39 dollars and delivery the next day However they will send you an email that orders take another business That means packages are stuck in the driver s car in an area that has no AC for 24 hours I received a pack of natto which is rotten I ordered again from them and tried to give them one more chance and my orders arrived the next day of the ETA date As a result some of my orders need to be kept cold that became rotten

Significant 4-5 days delivery delay
Significant 4-5 days delivery delay is expected all the time Their carrier Better Truck is awful I keep filing complaint But they don t do anything to solve problems except reply robotic apology They run out items but don t tell until me until package is already shipped without that item s Due to significant delay veggies looked old I couldn t use most of it This is THE last time I business with this notorious company Will delete app after this

This company doesn t protect personal informations
Horrible company just stay away from it My personal informations were exposed and I am not sure if they were stolen or sold Since then I received a lot of scam messages all in Chinese and all accounts registered with the email address I gave to weee were found suspicious login attempts

Deceive customers
They sent you products which you ordered are totally different than the pictures show When you requested for return they told you it was ordered from 3rd party But I ordered from weee app It s deceiving customers and asking me to pay for shipping costs from USA to China No more business with weee

Fraudulent and bias
While the customers can create videos for entering their ongoing event challenges to win a reward for 2000 points equals to 20 for future purchases they almost always choose winners that they either personally know or have some sort of relation to The rules to enter the event challenge clearly states that the products needs to be advertised in a recipe or some story of how the product relates to you However Weee would choose some winners that do not include such Very unfair Fraud Fake

Bad delivery day
I ve been using this app for food for a while until today It was my worst experience with the service by far In the app you can instruct that your items be delivered at a certain location in your residence like the front door or lobby I did exactly that but the person delivering my items STILL put them in a different location of my residence that s far away from my instructions On the ground I had to walk a VERY long distance around my building to get them and carry them to where I live IN THE RAIN What a humiliating experience I sincerely hope the driver just misunderstood my instructions because they fumbled the bag Luckily the box didn t get wet and my food was intact I have one more box of stuff coming I made multiple orders at the same time and then I ll stop using Weee unless things improve Do better guys
