I paid them 20k and didn t receive the services the representative committed to me on the call prior to purchasing I committed to the 20k investment based on the promises made When I brought it up and asked for the contract to be updated to reflect the call we had and the specific commitments they said they can t update it as it is a generic contract I refused to sign it as it is legally binding Bottom line is 1 appt cost me 20k They refused to refund despite no services being rendered They only stated they have a no refund policy AFTER I asked about it and I was not made aware prior to them taking my card information over the phone Many people who I ve reached out to that also purchased their services have also stated they were not provided what was promised I m in the process of seeking legal recourse Save yourself the heartache I advise potential clients to thoroughly research and consider these points before engaging with this company UPDATE Lauren s response is a joke They reached out only after MANY attempts to try and take the review down unsuccessfully and after many of my emails trying to come to a resolution went ignored They NEVER responded to my reply or any of the others asking to resolve the matter between us before or after that one email Lauren lies even stating I have sued other business owners claiming the same behavior What I will say is BEWARE because her company rep was privy to the legal matters between my ex business partner as it directly affected the viability of the company and was a huge point of discussion with the sales rep and she used that information to contact my ex business partner showing lack of professionalism on her behalf If you upset her or speak truth she will come after you as she is attempting to do to me by disparaging me with false claims If her claims about my ex business partner were true then wouldn t she be suing me Share their info if that is true It doesn t exist Try and reach out to scale system- They are registered in Wyoming USA with a fake disconnected number and a fake mailing address Lauren asks you to reach out with proof - I likewise can share the proof that they never sent a contract with the agreements and I refused to sign the contract that they had as it was misleading and not at all what was promised I also have all the proof of my many attempts to resolve the matter going ignored as well as messages sent directly to Lauren which also went ignored The company is going down They lost Noor their main support and Anthony People who are in the program now are not getting served The platform has changed 3 times now since June Why does she keep moving the platform around The jetsetter lifstyle making millions is off the back of people who really do work and don t try to bamboozle other hard working business owners Honestly if she just did what she sold people likely there wouldn t be a problem Read her Terms and Conditions before signing- Especially the NO WARRANTY section It is laughable as they are telling on themselves and their fraudulent actions It is true I heard of her through Go High Level and was very excited for the potential bc Lauren is a good talker and I thought they would deliver I was hopeful I even travelled on my own dime to London but I was duped with that too as it was a SALES event to close on people to buy her outrageous program and not a paid event Many reached out after asking for updates on her system and I made it clear that they would be wasting their time and money if my experience is what she is offering people Once there I was not helped when asked because she already had my 20k I again thought they were going to do something to turn my business around but in fact did NOTHING I would love to see their proof of them actually providing a service Ask her to provide that proof I left my info introducing myself in their SKOOL system as instructed however absolutely nothing happened Not one DIY course of theirs was taken nor did they fix any of my GHL funnels as their sales person promised they would NOTHING WAS DONE What is laughable and should have been a red flag was that no one showed up to my first sales call pre-purchase- they apologized and reached out later THAT was the moment I should have walked away THEN I attempted to and only joined 1 call with Anthony and he too missed the call at its scheduled time- a problem they seem to have I walked into the shop paid for the cake and did not ever get served the cake Then I was told you did eat the cake even though they never even had a cake to offer me in the first place because guess what they don t sell cakes They sell you a manual to make it on your own Talk about gaslighting Reach out to hello rootcausesolutions co if you want my proof I will gladly share it
