Have used Scan on a number of occasions over the years and have always found their service excellent and their components of good quality and reasonably priced However having come home from holiday and finding my PC with a failed PSU I ordered a new one late Saturday afternoon Within a half hour it had been dispatched and arrived Sunday morning resulting in a working PC less than 24 hours after it had been diagnosed faulty This exceptional service is to be commended

The customer service brilliantly sorted out a website delivery charge issue I went to purchase an item which stated free UK mainland delivery but I live north of Inverness and the postcode algorithm thinks I live on an island and therefore wanted to charge me a high delivery charge when I got to the checkout I called them and without dropping a beat the guy sorted it straight away Excellent service very please with product too

Amazing Repair Service

A year after I purchased a Scan 3XS system it started to become unreliable and crash during games After much diagnosis I was sure it was a hardware problem I contacted Scan hoping there could be something done but wasn t expecting too much as service in the UK has generally gone down the pan But to my surprise Scan responded immediately to my initial message Within minutes they were arranging to dispatch packaging to my house so I could send them my PC On receipt of the PC they sent videos of the unboxing so I was assured the PC had arrived with no damage They then proceeded to diagnose the issue I knew from my own testing it wasn t going to be easy to find but after a couple of weeks they found the issue During this time they kept me up-to-date on progress Scan then offered a new part but I wasn t completely satisfied with the replacement as I didn t think it suited the style of the machine So they phoned me we had a discussion about what I would be happy with and to my surprise found another replacement part The machine arrived back undamaged It looked like it had been fully cleaned too Everything is now working again A very smooth experience and I didn t have to pay a penny Highly recommend them just for the after-service

Excellent customer service

I placed my order fairly late in the day to fair Didn t phase them at all My package arrived in superb condition at 1450 the next day SCAN are up around Bradfrod I believe I live in the Southwest so next day delivery is really quite impressive

Outstanding service from an outstanding company

I turned to scan after the experience my son had with the company I was in the market to rebuild my home PC and having browsed their very easy to navigate web site managed to select all the required components easily and with confidence that all the parts ordered were compatible with each other Order placed on a Sunday evening and immediately after payment a number of emails arrived updating me on the status Communication remained excellent from that point through to delivery the very next day in the safe care of their courier service I am only able to rate from 5 starts in trust pilot but I rate Scan as 10 star highly recommended if you are looking to buy PC components with confidence
