The Birkirkara Malta store is a disgrace

The Birkirkara Malta store is an absolute disgrace Waited in line for 15 minutes to get to ask questions to the people working the cash registers as they have no employees working the displays When I finally talked to the cashier and asked him my question he remained in front of the register and did not attempt to follow me to the products I wanted to compare Mind you the register would not have been left unattended as there were another 5-6 employees behind the cash register desk I had to go take pictures of the items in the display and return back to the cash register desk just to show him which ones I was referring to When I asked him to give me more information on the products he just read out what they have written on the website which I could have done myself without going to the store This was a big waste of my time and I feel that I was treated very poorly

How to loose a customer for 20

I bought a Laptop stand of worth value of 22 50 Unfortunately once at home I realized that was not fitting properly with the height size So I decided to bring it back for refund or at least a voucher or same prize nothing The cash operator did not help at all and seemed like I was wasting her time I will never raccomend this shop to anyone they really don t know how to treat customers

These people are all smiles when it comes to sell a laptop and boast about their 2 year warranty but after the laptop hinge breaks through normal use and certainly no rough damage from my part they Immediately distance themselves from arranging it for free even though the warranty period is nowhere near its end This happened with my laptop and my dad s and were charged 210 euro for a fix for mine with my dad s bill yet to come Total disgrace and I will never approach their shop again
