Stay away the worse service They left it up to me to search for their parcel they sent me that went missing After a few days communicating with their courier the parcel is lost and will not be delivered Told Scarlet and forward the email to confirm Now they keep sending me messages saying when they receive the parcel back they will refund me What a joke Good luck finding it Crooks and scam

Lied about everything
Lied about shipping the harmonica Called them and said they had to order it in as not in stock after having shipped it Asked to check it was the right model 2 weeks later wrong model arrived and store confirmed they actually had the right model in stock the entire time Now in have to take time off work to ship it back for a refund and unit from somewhere else and wait another two weeks I think this store is a scam
