Back in May I ordered two perfumes costing 100 which I never received Yes the mistake was Royal Mails but Scent-Outlet did little to actually resolve the issue I raised it back in May where I waited patiently for a month when the response came that Royal Mail rejected the claim They said they will escalate it further but it might take a bit longer I waited for two months with no further contact or update when I contacted them two weeks ago and THEN Scent Outlet escalated it again On 15th August They told me they can only escalate it once again and if it gets rejected there is nothing they can do And it did But the thing is that Royal Mail says they can find no claim from them old or new Scent-Oulet didn t have any motivation to chase this up since they got paid and from all their messages I could see all they wanted was for this to be closed swiftly They showed no care no customer care or interest in really resolving this for me They offered no compensation nothing And they have no contact number and you have to do this all via emails There wasn t one single dedicated person assigned to my claim and I was getting responses from different people and none showed any care or dedication to help me So I am without perfumes 100 out of pocket and months of frustration stress and disappointment If you buy from Scent Outlet do it at your own risk Once they get your money they have no motivation or interest to provide proper service

Terrible

Terrible I got a notification of a restock on the item I had been waiting for and so of course bought it with no issue After a few weeks the item hadn t arrived and though I searched the tracking number I was given it appeared that there was no existing order with that tracking number I emailed the customer service and they requested my order number which I provided They then responded that they no longer had that item in stock even though I ordered virtually immediately after I received the notification of it being restocked and so then promised to issue me a refund It had been 2 months since I ordered the item and I have received no refund I have emailed countless times with no response im honestly heartbroken because it was meant to be a gift for my friend and now i have no item no money back and no response from customer service UPDATE I understand the website has been renewed almost 6 months later and no information from the company and no refund this is a joke

I have used this company few times in the past And they used to be so great And then something changed Last time I ordered a perfume that I haven t had before Unfortunately they put a wrong picture in the advert It took a very long time to communicate with them and in the end I had to keep the perfume I didn t like Now I thought I ll give it another go and I ordered a scent for my partner a scent that was discontinued and not available anywhere else And they had the last bottle left After almost a week they haven t even dispatch this item I contacted them and was told they couldn t locate my account and my order Ludicrous So I provided a proof of purchase and irder confirmation Then I got told they will chase up the delivery company for the delay yes for the parcel they have never even dispatched in the first place So knowing they are lying and trying to shift the liability I have requested a tracking number Then received message from PayPal that my order has been cancelled and money refunded No word from the seller I am not sure what changed as they used to be great But now I will avoid them at all cost and I advise you to do the same

Scam company stay away

If I could give zero stars I would This company is a total disgrace and a scam Order 2 products 2 weeks ago and still not dispatched contacted the slow and useless customer services who I even screenshot the money going out of my bank and the order via email and they are saying that they can t find my order Quick to take my money but not quick to return my money and now not even replying to my emails Will have to try and get my money back via a charge back with the bank as this is fraud by deception This company needs to stop ripping people off and getting away with it

Zero stars for this useless pathetic show they call a business This site is a scam big one in that All you get is automated messages and excuses the same over and over 11 email since purchasing from these and still none the wiser if I am going to receive my goods Liv we I need an answer not another message regarding unforeseen circumstances

Empty bottle

Ordered some aftershave and the bottle came empty Still waiting for customer service to come back to me Do not use

Be careful

I have ordered from them many times with no issues at all but on a number of occasions they have items on their website that they actually don t have in stock and then cancel your order

Order two items

Order two items and n stock on their website a couple of days later they say one is out of stock even though its still in stock on website Then instead of refunding the whole order they refund part I dont want a part of the order I wanted the whole order so refund me the for the whole order Then you cannot contact their customer services to sort out stay away from this company unless you want a lot of hassel I will have to claim from Paypal
