Products are authentic and customer service rocks I ve ordered about 3-4 times from them now and with my last order one of my bottles had leaked in transit I contacted their customer service email and explained what happened They replied in a very timely manner and they are sending a replacement I love this company

i ordered 2 samples and one of them came broken however i emailed support and in the same day they were able to fix the issuethey also have alot of options to pick from which is very nice i recommend the new york fifth avenue fragrance by fragrance du bois

Amazing customer service Ordered a dozen samples all 1mL size except one 3mL Received all 1 mL Notified customer service going for a credit on the 3 mL They not only refunded it they shipped the right size at no charge Will definitely be ordering from them again

This company is amazing I had ordered some cologne the other day and unfortunately someone had stolen it I contacted support and they were kind enough to send me another one with NO charge Thank you Scent Decant your team and scents are wonderful

Beyond Satisfied

Beyond satisfued A handful of vials ended up leaking even melted the labels right off the bottles and without hesitation they hit me with a partial refund Customer for life Not to mention I have looked everywhere and these are the BEST prices hands down The only thing they may lack is supply but that s a natural state of these products I got 40 1ml samples for like 150 AND they all came in glass spray vials as opposed to the plastic dabbers everyone else uses I also love that the company is ran by a hobbyist

Great concept

Great concept great company They have all the high end expensive fragrances and instead of buying a whole bottle and then deciding you don t like it at Scent Decant you can buy a small amount for a small amount of money and try it buy and try several I received my order the other day and one fragrance sample had been damaged My email received an almost immediate response and a replacement is on its way at no cost to me I intend to return to Scent Decant to try lots more fragrances
