I have submitted a formal complaint regarding an order I placed with Scent Decant Despite being charged I have not received the order The customer support team insists that the order was delivered and has declined to assist me Additionally I purchased shipping protection which was not honored despite having paid for it

Does what it says on the tin

Used them numerous times and have always been happy with the service although my last order was placed on 9th February and is still saying not yet despatched as 23rd February and my query on the site has yet to be answered from a few days ago I just want to make it clear that this is not intended as a complaint or negative review as such more a means of drawing attention to my predicament with my order I am very happy with my experiences from the site thus far and this will not deter me from using them again for the quality service and competitively priced decants
