Terrible Service and Unacceptable Delays

I subscribed to the Monthly Subscriptions for Him and for Her on July 28th expecting to receive the packages in a timely manner It has now been well over a month and I have yet to receive either package Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service I ve received no meaningful updates or tracking information This level of service is absolutely unacceptable As a paying customer I expected much better communication and prompt delivery Instead I ve been left completely in the dark with no idea when or even if my orders will ever arrive The fact that I ve had to chase this company down just to get basic information is beyond frustrating I will be canceling my subscriptions and would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs If you value your time and money look elsewhere this service is simply not worth the hassle

This has to be the best discovery of 2020 for me I love perfumes and this is such an amazing way to try and enjoy wearing so many beautiful designer brands The two perfumes are very generous and have easily lasted the month of July It s so exciting to see the package arrive though the letterbox and I can t wait to see what perfumes are inside Every thing about this company is quality good to see how much of the packaging is sustainable Would make such a great gift for your mum or good friend Two perfumes a month for the same price as one decent bottle of wine

Elegant packaging and great perfumes

Very elegant sophisticated packaging Great range of perfumes so far I wasn t sure about signing up for this as it s my first subscription but I do get really excited to see what different fragrances will arrive each month The bonus is that the box is so small and well packaged that it s perfect for travelling Never have to worry about having big perfume bottles that might spill Easy to pop in my bag for work Already have one of the perfumes on my xmas wish list

My little monthly treat

I love this perfume subscription box and I m so glad that I discovered it The scents inside August s Septembers box were both delicious The box itself is gorgeous with two very generous vials of designer perfume neatly packaged inside and an information booklet which tells you about each perfume which is fab They fit perfectly into my handbag so I can have a little spritz at work and I ve even taken it away on a staycation rather than having to take a full bottle of perfume with me I can t wait to see what s inside October s box

I love receiving my monthly Scentful box and discovering new perfumes It comes packaged in a gorgeous black box that fits right through my letterbox which is ideal if I m out It is perfect for me on the go at work and superb for travelling I love the detailed descriptions of each perfume and the fine detail of the packing and labelling very classy and sophisticated I have had so many compliments over the past few months and have told all my family and friends about the superb service It s so great that I ve upgraded from my 3 month subscription to 6

How lucky am I to have this gorgeous treat come in the post every month we so need something special to make us smile at these troubling times It s so exciting not knowing what perfumes you will get to experience each month and always lovely when a stranger asks you what is that beautiful scent your wearing I always direct them to Scentful knowing it will make someone else happy like it does me This is fast becoming my best birthday gift for all my friends they love that it s not over after they have opened up the first one on their birthday Thank you Scentful can t wait to see what s in my next box
