Fragrances have just arrived and we re blown away My partner and I are stepping into candle creation after working in the cosmetics industry for an age Our favourite fragrances come from the likes of Cire Trudon Frederic Malle and Fornasetti Profumi Scent Perfique fragrances are definitely that Each one we ordered was well layered excellently balanced and beautifully constructed Will be buying many many more

Tried it disappointing product and service

I usually use aromatech scent or ecoscent for my cold air diffusion nebuliser scents I gave scent perfique a go paid extra for concentrated formula and I ve not been impressed at all The fragrance I ordered was bland and smelt of nothing emails told me to wait for it to settle i waited and emailed again about a week later and that email has just been ignored Feel like as I was trialling and only ordered a small amount they weren t bothered with if I was happy or not bigger fish and all that

Zero customer care

Ordered an oil by mistake the parcel wasn t even opened and asked to exchange it to something else me covering the postage fee but the manager said no Well one less customer for you scent perfique

Highly recommend

I use their reed diffuser refills house always smells amazing for a fraction of the cost to buy them in the shop plus good for the planet too

Fabulous Company

I recommend this company Their customer service is excellent Their products are excellent and of the highest quality I live locally but don t drive so paid for postage as I couldn t get a lift to collect I received a refund for postage costs and a phone call to say my order will be delivered to my door free of charge Now that s what I call excellent customer service and I won t hesitate to order from this company again Definitely higher than 5 star service and quality Thank you

I looked everywhere for blue votive candles but could not find any that was not a ridiculous price I ordered from here and wasnt sure what to expect but am absolutely delighted with them beautiful colour scent Will definitely be a returning customer
