They stole my money

They stole my money i ordered from them on August 2020 a spoiler and raptor steering wheel and gear knock shiftI paid 1780 Now i will complete a year and until now i didnt received my order and they ignored my message and emails If they will denied denial i have a pictures and chats and invoices

Honestly 0 stars if I could Greg is so immature and threatens people who question his business stances and prices It is overpriced stuff for awful quality He has made a group chat and is threatening to harm someone who called him out on his business choices Very fragile ego and frankly not a good person Please spend your money anywhere else If you want cheap product that breaks upon arrival horrible communications and to be blocked by Greg then be my guest Hope you end up in jail Greg

Horrible quality and customer service

Bought a carbon fiber spoiler for my 2016 Veloster from them It took 8 months to get it and it came damaged The wait time was understandable but the poor manufacturing quality wasn t cracks in the corners of the carbon fiber not hardware and chips in the joints On top of the poor quality is the poor customer service Reach out to Greg at SoCal Garage when I saw the damaged spoiler after I unbox it in December 2021 Follow up several times after that and still nothing after almost a year Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but Greg hasn t tried to resolve the issue at all and hasn t replied to my emails I would never order from this company again and wouldn t recommend buying anything from them

There shipping is unholy smh

There shipping is unholy smh I had to make them send a tracking number an it s taking almost 3 weeks to receive a single hook bolt Still waiting now a lucky for them I used affirm but if I used PayPal I would have been cancelled that ish and got my money back And PS to respond to your reply it was not delivered to my address yesterday an still not coming today Y all working out your mom s garage An you mad cause your company got 3 stars and go back to school if I ordered on the 23rd and it s the 9th now we re in the 3rd week now like I said You need to worry about the ppl who haven t got there ish in months

Socalgarage customer service sub-par

Greg from socal has zero customer service skills I ordered intercooler kit end of April which said it would be back in stock from Sxth around mid jun spent over 1000 00 June comes around and I see it changed to July which is not exceptable If I knew every month it would change I could have purchased else where I CONTACT him again he takes no responsibility and says its in Sxth elements hands the company who makes it but when I ask for a refund if not shipped by July he says no refunds on custom orders smh Order that he doesn t make and is not custom made to my individual vehicle but rather made in bulk for a specific make and model that he uses as a vendor is service sucks and looks like ill have to contact bank to reverse transaction if I don t get a tracking number by next week
