I DO NOT RECOMMEND What a sc m business Customer service is horrible - they don t get back to you for a week and when they get back to you they are very general and don t answer the questions you have The process of trying to return the shoes through their online portal is difficult and error-prone Their system rejected our postal code suggesting in their error message we need to follow a certain length of digits in our zip code - which we added correctly - but then their system produced a wrong return label for us for a different country and we cannot change it anymore through their website portal We have to go through customer support again to solve this but they don t get back to you for a week which is past our allowed-return policy We are forced to keep our Schlappy shoes
