I organised the leavers hoodies at my child s school using the School Leavers Company I experienced the very best customer service I have ever had anywhere Their staff answer the phone immediately talk you through the order process and help you set up an easy-to-use shop for your parent group They were at the end of the phone and email again when I needed to tweak our order A special shout out to Jordan for going above and beyond in helping with our order The end product was fantastic and the children were really happy with their hoodies We found it was great to have such a wide range of colours and sizes to choose from as well as the option to pay a little extra to add a nickname I really recommend this company for great customer service easy to use hoodie ordering fast turnaround and a high quality end product

Fantastic from start to finish very helpful customer service and once order was finalised and put through the hoodies only took 1 week to come

Excellent customer service

I found out that a few parents had not managed to get their order in in time for school leavers hoodies and their children were upset about not featuring on the hoodie The company were able to facilitate re-orders and were really helpful as I had so many questions about how to proceed and they were very very patient with me I highly recommend the customer service at this company

Great Service

The teams were so patient with me as I was so very new to the whole process and they were good at guiding me with the many questions parents raised Jordan and Stuart in particular were outstanding although I have to say everyone was brilliant

Quick to set up the shop and lots of choice for the students to choose from I liked that they could personalise the hoodie themselves and pay for them with no administrative help from me
