Brilliant company to buy off The standard if clothing is excellent I had an anomaly with the sizing I ordered too small they dealt with my email immediately and an exchange came to me very promptly I have used this company for two years now as they do not quibble and look after their customers very well Thank you

I ordered a black jumper age 13 from The School Uniform shop This particular item was in big demand so I was pleased that is was reasonably priced and available Postage was also reasonable at 2 95 When the jumper arrived it was too big so i ordered another one and checked out the refunds service to send the other back it was so easy and money was refunded within 24 hours of item being sent back I would use this company again

I have been using this company since last year Absolutely fantastic customer service Great range of brands and sizes They do everything they can to accommodate your needs I have been buying throughout the year and I wouldn t shop anywhere else now I m up in Glasgow but the small delivery charge is well worth it

Lovely Blazer my boys on the bigger side so it s a lovely fit First one Royal Mail lost they have done that with my parcel before When I emailed the school shop to tell them another one was sent out and recieved the next day Great service Thankyou

I ordered boys school trousers at the end of the school hols as my eldest had had a growth spurt and his original trousers no longer fitted The ones I ordered had been delayed at the supplier and I was offered the option of cancelling my order or waiting for them to arrive I opted to wait They kept me fully updated throughout this time and even let me alter my order mid way Becki was brilliant and we had constant communication I have read the previous reviews and whilst my order was delayed at the supplier I feel they dealt with this to the best of their ability - don t forget we are in the middle of a pandemic

I have used this company a few times now my son is in year 11 at senior school he his over 6ft and of stocky build The school Uniform Shop provides uniform to cater for his size which is fantastic The uniform is of good quality and hard wearing will definitely be using them again

I was able to find what I was looking for with ease and it was all in stock unlike at many other places I d tried I made a mistake with my order and emailed the next day to see if I could cancel part of it and the reply I received was polite and professional and my refund was given immediately I was really happy with the service and will definitely use this site for all my girl s uniforms from now on
