The installers Dylan and Shane were excellent They were helpful and polite explaining the procedure clearly That s why we gave a five star rating However when arranging the appointment communication was poor and there was an earlier appointment agreed with the company and they failed to send an installation team

Excellent customer service from Ali and Matt maybe somethings should have been explained prior to their arrival by the office staff as it could have been an issue but over all a good company and a job well done
